These 2 talks are by Muslim women who tell their personal stories. They are NOT right-wing propaganda. [For me propaganda means lies.] They are not crted by the right-wing at all. They are personal stories by the women who lived them, Muslim women.

This TED talk is by a Muslim woman from Norway. She gives her personal struggle with dealing with the white people of Norway who didn't accept her and with the brown people of Norway who threatened to rape and kill her for having a musical career. And other things. To me it illustrates one of the problems with the different cultures of 'old Norway' and the Muslims of Norway now.

My question based on the 2nd talk is --- why does Europe want to bring this conflict into their nations by importing a million Muslims, a large number of which are and will be Muslim fundamentalists? Why not help the immigrants in some Muslim nation rather than in Europe? And why not spend more euros to bring immigrants from South America to work and live in Europe who don't bring these problems with them?

The capitalists control European politics, they want to import as much cheap easily exploited labour as they possibly can to keep their profits up, sadly the unions and the left wing parties of Europe are pathetically weak at the moment and have been for decades so there is nobody to oppose them. The capitalists don't care that they are importing the most right wing people on the entire face of the planet into the country as they will never have to deal with them in their gated communities, only the working class will suffer.

Importing mass amounts of the most reactionary, right-wing groups of people on planet Earth into Western countries has nothing to do with the nonsense about compassion for refugees, etc. It has to do with declining population rates and weakening the power of labor. Wages can be lowered, worker rights eroded, and the bargaining power of unions will mean less if Western liberals (this includes conservatives for anyone here from America) have their way, and already in a number of nations, they have.

The same political parties that either directly participated with Western imperialists in MENA or indirectly benefited and aided those actions which led to the current migrant crisis are the same ones shedding a single tear for the plight of the poor migrants from MENA. Doesn't take much effort to realize what they're up to and to smell the bullshit.

Are you asking why Europe isn’t importing Latin Americans? They already have people from MENA regions. It’s the US that has been benefiting from cheap Latin American labor.

It's more than that, those European countries are ethnically homogeneous so people strongly identify with one another even across class divides which is one of the main reasons why they have such generous social entitlements and progressive labor policies. Immigration and ethnic diversity are great wedge issues which can disrupt that ethnic and cultural solidarity and allow business to begin to dismantle the welfare state and roll back those labor protections. Capital just wants to fracture those societies by creating or deepening the fault lines of class and ideology. Divide and conquer.

It's all just inadvertent simulation

Well, the rich are playing with fire. If the worst case develops then there will be civil war in Europe and the wealth in those nations will be damaged by IED, like happened in Iraq. Damaged or destroyed. The wealthy own those assets and they will lose them to bombs in the worst case. The wealthy may also die in bombings. Gated communities can only protect you so well.

Anyway, I predict that the voters of Europe will soon vote for politicians who will protect them. If they are the fascists parties then Europe will have to live with that result. Brexit was already partly from this. How the rich might lose from this I don't know.

She took one incident of White supremacist bigotry, almost certainly exaggerated and made it seem like White people were the cause of the Muslim problem. You see while only a small number of western Muslims openly attack us, a huge number of Muslims both men and women are engaging in terrorism in their private lives. What you need to understand is that most of the much heralded moderate Muslims are not Muslims at all, but closet apostates, too frightened too come out of the closet.

These Muslims might be right wing but they're Corbyn's most reliable voters. Big business and Marxists might pretend to hate each other, but don't be fooled they're in cahoots to flood Europe with ever more Muslims.

Sorry Rich, I didn't see her blaming white people for her problem. I didn't see make any link between that event in her life and the later threats aimed at her by other Muslims. Threats that finally drove her out of the country, to UK. But, then different Muslims threatened her again. So again she had to leave the UK and move to America. In America, apparently, there were no or fewer threats.

However, yes I do think that the threats show us that it isn't just that the immigrants attack and make threats toward non-Muslims; rather the bigger problem is that radical Muslims threaten moderate Muslims behind closed doors. We don't see it much. But, it keeps the moderates from winning. Their ideas can't spread if saying such things gets you attacked or at least threatened until you flee or STFU. If Europeans want the ideas of moderate Muslims to grow and spread in Europe then they must protect the moderate Muslims from the radical Muslims with 99.99% success. Any less than this is not good enough, IMHO.

It is exactly like during the witch craze in Europe, when the quickest way to be accused of being a witch was to question the idea that witchcraft was even possible. This kept the craze going for far longer than it might have. And, since every accused person confessed, there was zero evidence that witchcraft did not exist and a lot of evidence that it did.
