His hands are tied by Democrats in the House and federal judges who keep issuing injunctions against his policies.

Democrats need all those undocumented immigrants because there's an upcoming Census that will decide how many seats each state gets.

A lot of people don't realize, illegal aliens do count in the Census and will give states more votes in the U.S. House of Representatives.
