"A lot of great things will be happening." WOW! Is this guy full of shit …. or what...…
A few days ago he informed us that come Easter the churches would be packed with people raring to get out to work the next day and Die For The Dow. We have a fiscal crisis, a physical crisis and a seriously incompetent head of state …… poor America.
Jimjam, people are not mentally mature. Life is not a guaranteed thing for any of us. That is why the Earth needs to be respected as a living thing. it has bacteria, viruses, and plagues that can destroy a civilization that took hundreds of years to build in a few months. That has happened in the human past histories and past civvies. But all these arrogant people who laugh at natural disasters in other places (like Puerto Rico) are not panicking as they face the same problems. Lack of enough health care infrastructure and equipment. Safe places to ride out the contagion, short supply of this or that. KARMA for these arrogant people.
The best thing is to be grateful for the life you have already lived. Think of 30 or 40 things to be grateful for every single day you live. If you recite them? You have a much better attitude about life.
I am worried about my husband who remains in the USA and was expected to come back to me in Mexico in June. He might not be able to make it back. I ask every day for his safe return.
I got a lot to be grateful for Jimjam. So much to be grateful for. I wish all of us to realize how lucky we are to be alive and to have been able to have the opportunities and the abilities to do what we wanted to with our lives.
I love the Mexican culture for its attitudes about death. It is part of life. It is. And none of us are made to be immortal.
Live your life with mindfulness. No such thing as living a meaningful life without it.
it doesn't matter your nationality, your color, race, creed, religion, politics, etc you need to be grateful for every small thing that is a good thing in your life. That is of absolute essentiality. Pandemics are bad. But it teaches us about our values. Do we want to live in fear forever? Without freedom? Without an ability to be free in a real sense? we are all going to die someday. That is a truth that no one can deny? So why not be fearless with our life choices and be true to who we are as human beings? Why not love others with great dedication and leave a better society for future generations? Why be selfish or greedy and disrespectful and thoughtless? That is not our purpose as social beings dependent on each other? this pandemic is showing us how much we all depend on all of us cooperating to make it through this? Why don't be adopt a political and economic system that relies on mass cooperation to get big problems solved?
Competing and hating and distrusting each other? Is that good?
Virus hysteria for morons? How about realizing you are not an immortal and making the best of humanity work in this world for all of us instead of relying on greed and fear and thinking you are gonna live forever? Be grateful for life. And be into love and cooperation. Not the rest of those awful models out there being pushed by a small group of selfish people?
This pandemic is letting us know who knows how to live and those who don't.
