I'm gonna need more, partly because I haven't gone on a date since the 80s.

Are digitally created hookups a hobby? It fits the definition.

But I don't see it lasting. When a gal hits 30, priorities change.

During the Ramadan there are lots of dates available, the luxury ones come in little wooden boxes from the Gulf and they have almonds embedded in them. Yummy and sweet.

That's what I'm thinking.

Any thoughts on figs?

Dried figs are basically forest candy.

Why are they so unpopular in North America?

I didn't know they were. Mother's Christmas baking always included copious quantities of these scrumptious goodies. Gads, i want some now....

I am not a fan of dates. Mangoes are where it is at!

We don't get to see most of the types of dates that are grown. And finding good ones fresh can be tough.

I love mangoes, but dates can be pretty damn good.

I have never eaten a date that was not dried, so I cannot compare them to mangoes.

Dried mango is tasty, but I prefer dried dates.

I do not like dates much. I always preferred pistachios and cashews. I really do not like prunes. And prune juice is yucky.
