What's the difference between these two candidates again

Well one difffernece in Biden's favour is that he is much better than Trump on abortion. But the kicker for me is that although I didn't like the missile strike against Assad, can anyone doubt that it would have been much worse under a Clinton or Biden presidency.

Trump genuinely seems to be trying to draw down US forces in Iraq and Syria. And he is being resisted by the deep state. Remember it was Obama that sent US troops back into Iraq. Biden is offering SALT tax cuts to his rich New Yorker banker friends, but he knows he still can't compete with the Republicans on tax cuts, so like Clinton, he is telling the Neo Cons, if I'm elected I'll be your bitch.

By Diana Bruk, a Russian-American journalist living in New York, who has written for The New York Times, The Paris Review, Cosmopolitan, Esquire and Elle, amongst other publications.

Many people who previously would have never considered voting for Donald Trump will now do so due to the excesses of the social justice brigade. The Left’s failure to understand basic human psychology could decide the election.

I’ve always considered myself a soft Liberal. But the last few months have really brought out my conservative side, and I’m not the only one. I’ve recently spoken to several working class people who were told they were being laid off just before getting an email saying the company was looking to “diversify its staff,” and their responses were all the same: “F**k this, I’m voting for Trump.”

BLM sometimes seems like a Russpublican plant, yet people who think this refuse to call the organization out for anything. Like, there is no such thing as good/bad BLM or good/bad AntiFA. Just muh Russia, muh racism, muh lockdowns. It's almost as if they live in fear of these people and are subjugated by them.

Also, polls usually tighten in the last weeks or even days of a race. Not months out. Biden's campaign is imploding because (1) people don't like Kamala, (2) Joe can't talk (he literally told people to bring his teleprompter closer during one of his recent live "Q&A" sessions) and he doesn't campaign very much.

Here's Slate saying that polls "always tighten right before an election": https://slate.com/news-and-politics/200 ... ction.html

With the election just two weeks away, some polls show the gap closing between Sens. John McCain and Barack Obama. That fits with the conventional wisdom that presidential elections tend to tighten up in the days before an election. Is end-game narrowing in the polls a real phenomenon?

Yes. In 10 of the 15 presidential elections from 1944- 2000, the candidate who was leading in the polls on Labor Day saw his margin shrink by the time of the final poll.

Serious question, when was the last time you supported a Republican for President?

As for Joe Hiden, he went to Florida today to try and pander to Hispanics by playing "Despacito" on his phone. If you are familiar with Spanish at all and have been in America in the last ten years, you'll realize that this is not a joke, these really are what the lyrics say:

Biden falsely claims that he was the first person in his family to go to college.

What makes this extra weird is that he got caught lying about this before his Presidential campaign tanked in '88. I wonder why he is so hung up on this fiction?

None of this matters to most Dem voters. If Bozo the Clown was the Dem nominee they would vote for him.

In all fairness, Republicans do not care that Trump is their candidate and vote for him never the less. Although he literally took a dump on a lot of values of the Republicans and their constituency.

More horse shit from Wulfscheid. I actually read his article and guess what it said? It said that some people "on his mother's side" had gone to college in the past. Before that you have to go back to his great grandfather to find anyone who even had attended college.

But what does this matter? Joe actually came from a middle class family and did pretty well. Donald? He inherited money. He has never in his life had to live by any kind of a personal budget and you can sure tell.

Biden attended the University of Delaware at Newark, where he earned a degree in history and political science in 1965. According to Paul Taylor’s See How they Run: Electing the President in an Age of Mediaocracy, Biden graduated 506 out of 688 in his class. Somehow, he managed to get into the Syracuse University College of Law. There, he admits that he underperformed as a law student, unlike Barack Obama, who graduated magna cum laude from Harvard Law.

https://www.eduinreview.com/blog/2008/1 ... ge-record/

A video is making the rounds in which Biden boasts at a 1987 rally, "I went to law school on a full academic scholarship…[and] ended up in the top half of my class."

Biden also maintained that he "graduated with three degrees from undergraduate school" and was the “outstanding student in the political science department.”

Not one of those claims was true, as newscasters at the time affirmed. In fact, Biden graduated 76th of 85 students in his law school class, had only a partial scholarship and did not win top honors in his undergraduate discipline.

Biden’s 1987 campaign foundered also because he was caught lifting passages of a speech given by Neil Kinnock. Biden echoed (falsely) the British Labor leader’s history that he was the first "in a thousand generations" to graduate from college and repeated virtually verbatim the same story about his wife, just as Kinnock had.

More shocking, Biden claimed: “My ancestors…worked in the coal mines of Northeast Pennsylvania and would come up after 12 hours and play football for four hours,’’ even though no one in Biden’s family tree ever worked underground. That was Kinnock’s family.

It wasn’t the first time; Biden had also been caught plagiarizing during law school. He “borrowed” an entire five pages from a published law review article without attribution and had to beg not to be expelled.

Interestingly, just last summer complaints arose about Biden “borrowing” the work of others, in putting together his climate plan. As Vox reported, Biden’s plan “contains a number of passages that seem to have been copied and pasted, at times with very superficial changes” from a variety of sources.

Biden supporters will dismiss these episodes as being in the distant past. But Biden’s tendency to mislead did not expire in 1988. More recently, the former vice president has told audiences that after his stint in the White House, “I became a teacher. I became a professor.” While it is true that he took a lofty salary to make a handful of speeches for the University of Pennsylvania, Biden has never taught students.

Then there was the inspiring tale of visiting Afghanistan to honor a heroic naval officer. Biden described the officer’s actions in detail, adding, “This is God’s truth, my word as a Biden.” But according to a review in the Washington Post, no such incident occurred. Biden was lucky not to be hit by lightning.

There were also Biden’s claims of having been arrested in the 1970s because he tried to visit Nelson Mandela in prison. Nope, didn’t happen. He has also cast himself as a civil rights activist and co-sponsor of the Endangered Species Act; those things aren’t true either.

I remember when the thing with Neil Kinnock was something of a big deal. Of course I look at it now and see that Biden was lifting from a guy who was something of a Labour ''Socialist-Lite'' and don't see that as so terrible now...

But Joe does like to engage in blarney, an' that's no lie.

Biden getting savaged on HBO. This is right before the first debate too. Are they turning on him? Now that they have zero chance to successfully contest the election in the SCOTUS (it was always a long shot with Roberts, but apparently good enough for them) the dam is going to break if Biden embarrasses himself in this debate.

Well, he took most of the week off. He just doesn't seem to be able to speak without saying something incredibly stupid. "By the time I finish this speech, over 200 million people will die" isn't just par for the course, he also got to the Senate 180 years ago.

Joe Biden Reads Teleprompter Incorrectly: “I Got to the Senate 180 Years Ago”

That's their explanation, but the guy was known for a faux pas here and there. Now he is just saying outright daffy things.
