You are crazy if you think that it is possible to starve food wise a nation in the 21st century through sanctions
If it was the 13th century and US was the Monghol Empire under Genghis Khan sieging down Khwarazmian empire then may be you would have a point.
I do not think that any nation is hopeless to change; however, I think that some nations do require a lot more effort than others to become changed. - Verv
