What will stop them are the programs that make it easier to have children. Taking away health care, as Trump wishes (along with two of his SCOTUS appointees) will greatly increase the pressure for poor women to have abortions. And they already have them in alarming numbers.

You are assuming a great deal. I'm not for ''repealing Roe V. Wade'', i'm for protecting all life under the rubric of the 14th Amendment, and presupposed by the Bill of Rights. Abortion isn't a ''right'', it's murder, and murder of the most helpless and innocent of persons in the most despicable and cowardly of ways.

Since it's murder, not an option. Liberals make a big deal about how much they love life and hate racism and are for the rights of the living, but for the most part that's hypocritical cant. Especially when you consider that abortion in the United States and elsewhere is pretty much a quiet genocide against persons of color, for capitalist profit, just as eugenicists like Margret Sanger and others intended. When you dehumanize the unborn in order to murder them you cultivate a dehumanization and lack of respect for all people, and these days that definitely shows in our public discourse, does it not? Again, it's the murder of the most helpless and innocent of persons in the most cowardly and despicable way, and it makes society at large by it's effects, a society of cowards and despicable degenerate people, racist hypocrites and vile opportunists out for selfish convenience.

I've read a great deal of Marcus Garvey among many others, and I've experienced life, and I can say that I don't know what the solution is even in this sinful and imperfect world we're in now, on a social, economic, and political level. There might not be a entirely just social or economic or political solution for anyone or everyone.

What I do know is that a common experience can unite a people or it can fatally divide them. Dependence is a drug too, and there's little difference between racist Liberal Paternalistic schemes and reactionary racist hatred and oppression. Both are dehumanizing and rob people of their moral agency.

No this is a learning experience about multiracial societies and the idea of integration, it's doom to failure. USA is a special case in which it's foundation and culture was built on Black labor, Native land and resources, non-white wealth. USA from it's birth was settle colonized parasite that not only expanded on Native territory to survive and fester but also took land from Spaniards, Mexicans, and leach off other labor/wealth from other races. It's culture is Half white and Black, it's survival and horde of wealth is due to Jewish cartel running the slave trade, media, businesses, government institutions, etc, in america, the west, caribbean and Africa, not saying whites are blameless in fact they're the main cause of it and also contribute and maintain the destruction of the environment vie climate change, globalism, maintaining western interests in Africa through coups and companies robbing resources.

Alot of white nationalists and supremacists say how they're babying them through aid and how it's a waste of resource and other anti overpopulation rhetoric which is clearly just anti Black people breeding, but they forget that it's actually the reverse as well, we enrich their nations through our Global South labor, money and resources. In fact they would be third world countries akin to Russia in the 90s without our "aid" to the west. They say in the 50 years white nations gave about 7 trillion in aid towards Africa, but what they never tell you that whites took about 50 plus trillion dollars worth in resources and labor to the West. And that's Africa alone, who knows how much they took from Asia and Latin America.

The integration in usa for example literally was a disaster for the Black community, all those Black towns, businesses and schools gone. Black families destroyed due to the housing act 68, war on drugs, welfare(the mother had to be single for any money to be withdrawn), feminism, single mothers brought about the feminization of Black males, no matter how hard they act they act like females, the way they dress(sagging pants and other gang attire) which brought about the homosexual culture in Black communities(down low, Black people have the highest LGBT members despite being 13 percent). Other systemic racist policies and institutions were intact but coverted, redlining, lead paint, aids, guns and drugs having to be smuggle in the communities by CIA/FBI/Police through Blood/Crips and other Black gangs being the middle men mules.

And rap music is funny thing alot of these rappers managers back then and today was Jews who exploited and appropriated the music and twisted it's meaning to be more corrupted tune on the radio waves, which didn't help the Black youth at all. All it tells them if you had to survive and make money be an entertainer an minstrel. It's why most Black people today act the same, same taste in music, same fashion, same personality, same failed lost potential by design of both white/jews and so they listen to this shit, they go to bad public schools who teachers don't look like them, the curriculum is just bad for any normal student(you learn to get a blue collar job which doesn't exist any more and it's unrelated to the curriculum at hand.) The system is design to harm Black people and the worse thing is it's too late, the damage is done. Planned parenthood kept us "13" percent and the penal system put us to work, they grow up and act worthless and now the system is justified in not hiring us cause in their minds and experience we're bad workers, they don't loan money cause they know we have a history of not paying back and even if we do, they'll charge us more interest compare to non-Blacks. They don't want us in their communities cause they know we'll mess it up, it's self-fulfilling prophecy.

I disagree! The solution is right in front of your eyes. Have you ever talked to a black person that is a Republican and thinks like a Republican. Have you noted how they are incredibly well accepted by other Republicans? They reason they are accepted is because they now belong to the same tribe. A new tribe based on similar culture. Yes, culture is as important as any physical trait. Culture is the only unifying tool that works.

Multiculturalism and race ID politics do not work because they emphasize differences. And the differences are magnified by constantly harping the difference. Classifying people in this manner leads to division and eventually tribal warfare. The French know this and they try very hard not to classify people according to phenotype. In France everybody is French, nothing else.

That one group took advantage of another group is the history of the world. We are barbaric beasts that evolved in tribes. This barbaric tendencies are wired into our DNA. The only thing we can do is create a tribe with a single culture that promotes unity. Otherwise, this division will never end and as you say may end in balkanization.

Police killings are due to poor training, police unions that protect cops, crime, and PTSD in some citizens when they encounter police. And yes, a tiny minority may be due to racism. The latter is not exactly the biggest problem in black America. Note how Latinos and Whites do not complain about police killings even though they are also killed.
