There is also the reported fact the US Gov. DHS experts have said that there is no evidence, repeat, no evidence, that any votes were changed or that there was any large amount of fraud.

But, still, Trump's lawyers have refused to present any of the "evidence" to a court. It isn't us here who say the evidence is not good enough to present to a court, it is Trump's lawyers.

The problem is: all this fell apart in court.

Republican poll watchers testified in court that they stayed all night and watched the count, directly contradicting the affidavits in the complaint. Their testimony was backed up with video and photo evidence of them being in the room.

Judicial Watch's complaints are nonsensical as they fail to account for the changes polling workers had due to covid. Judging this years election by past years is dishonest.

The claims of "backdating" were affirmatively disproved in court by election officials showing logs stating when the ballots were received. The affidavits simply demanded they be allowed to stamp the date they COUNTED the ballots, as opposed to the date stamped on the envelope.

State officials also showed logs where signature checking had been done before the ballots were transferred to count. The counters were not allowed to double check and add even more time to the count, which was entirely proper.

The computer glitch was caught by Democratic officials and corrected. By the time Republicans complained about it, it was over. The glitch was caught because the paper ballots didn't match the electronic count. The glitch is proof against fraud.

Republican counters testified that the "100% for Biden claim" was untrue. Considering that all of the affidavits explicitly testify that they were not allowed to see every ballot, this claim was obviously untrue on it's face.

In short, none of the evidence is true. It's either misunderstanding of how elections work, mere speculation, or invention out of whole cloth. Hence why Judge Kenny dismissed the claims, saying that absolutely no evidence of fraud had been shown and that the witnesses were not credible.
