Well they don't want state ownership of the means of production and they don't seem too interested in radically expanding the welfare state but they are trying to bring in a much more heavily regimented and technocratically controlled society which places much more emphasis on collective compliance than individual sovereignty, so while they may not be "socialists" strictly speaking they are extremely illiberal anti-democratic collectivists which isn't too far off from "socialist".
