We'll see. But the USA is going to look very much like a tin-pot banana republic with no bananas pretty soon. Half the population want a caudillo to rule over them, and eventually they will get their wish....

They become either an orange republic or a social democracy, or they cease to exist as one country.

I don't think we would be lucky enough to split up into two or more countries. That would require a force of arms strong enough to resist a huge armed insurrection. We don't have that. It would also require a (white) force of wills strong enough. We don't have that either.

The Secretary of Defense is ordering our military to train all of its people about militias, white supremacy and hard right politics. This will be a complete failure. They are trying to apply a solution to a problem that does not exist. The problem is not that the soldiers he is targeting do not believe in the constitution and rule of law. It is that they believe that these two things have ALREADY been destroyed.

One can say what one wants about the intelligence of those who are populating these militias and hard right insurrections but one can't deny that they really believe what they are fighting for. The really believe they are out to save the country from "liberals", socialists and commies. Trump really is their leader. And Trump will not tell them to stand down ever. A Trump second term (or whoever he anoints) would make the first term look like a walk in the park.

This is called politicisation of the military. It’s how dictatorships start.

What if that military trained against conservative people and white people refuse accepting a Trump election victory?

Potemkin wrote:Wait, so you think the reason why Spanish colonial policies failed in Latin America was because the Spanish colonial authorities were all a bunch of socialists...? :eh:

No. I wasn’t saying all fault lies on socialism. I know history.

I believe that Spanish colonialism was followed by socialism.

My impression is that Latin America has a lot of problems which stem from the Spanish colonialism which took over the hierarchical systems of complex societies like the Aztecs and it clearly performed only to serve the elites no matter who took over.

You'd perhaps be a dualistic state or a triarchy/tetrarchy/pentarchy/etc. with a reduced central federal government with reduced domestic jurisdiction. Reduced so much so that only a common monetary, foreign, and defence policy would remain.

So pretty much like the UK then? ;)

Maybe, or like the Roman Tetrarchy was perhaps. Austria-Hungary could also be an example.

Although true, it's even more complex than even that. You also have to factor in that most "pure" natives were wiped out. Also, West Africans (and their culture) were imported and have had significant influence as well (Especially in Cuba, DR, Puerto Rico, Colombia, and Venezuela). All of that got swirled and mixed under Spanish Colonial rule and exploitation. Down the line you also have US and Soviet meddling.

Anyway, I always find it weird when people strongly associate Latin Americans with JUST natives as a general statement. Many Latin Americans don't have a drop of Native blood in them. I'm less than 5% native, for example, and my cultural heritage was more strongly influenced by West African and Spanish culture than native Taino culture.

@Verv On your advice I decided not to listen to self-interested Leftists and instead listen to the Groypers. I spent time among their people and learned their simple ways and memes. I found a prominent Groyper named Nicholas Fuentes and I think he has a lot of good ideas.

As a guy who likes to talk about ideas can you please share your thoughts on this video? Specifically, the one about how it would be impossible to cook 6 million cookies from 1940-1945.

SpecialOlympian wrote:What the fuck does any of this half-assed, dumbassed garbage mean when your ideal vision of a future America is two types of people: WASPs and blacks.

Because that's how you described "Historic Americans." People who aspire to WASPdom or black people. So Native Americans just have to try to be white now?

Also just lmfao @ you phrasing everything as Indigenous peoples becoming "more integrated" as they lose power in the face of colonialism. Just lol. You get that from your Groyper friends?

Verv. Please, I'm asking you, please try to be the guy you pretend to be who likes to talk about ideas. Tell me about how Native peoples are "becoming integrated" while black people are a completely separate culture from WASPdom. I know that as a guy who likes to talk about ideas and share ideas and discuss ideas you will not shy away from this. You love talking about things!!!

Please tell us about the importance of America's historical whiteness. Please tell us about how America was 88% white at some vague point in time. I'm pretty sure you picked 88 out of thin air, with no influence from your right wing friends who make racist memes.

This is over, @SpecialOlympian .

The new guy read what I wrote, stated that he disagrees with my writing, but said it was great points & a great post.

Why should I interact with someone whose only goal is to paint me as a Nazi whatever I write, when regular people who even disagree with me do not buy these lines?

Why do I need to spend precious time defending my posts against stupid, irrational accusations of racism?

I don't.

This is why I follow Nick Fuentes:

"CPAC sucks, it's gay."

+Nobody else is talking about these themes as if they are legitimate in spite of the fact that this is the way that the bulk of people thought 40+ years ago, and the way that people today think in Korea and Japan.

Of course, Fuentes spends something like 10+ hours a week saying things, and just like anyone in that position, he will say things that are shocking, to keep it entertaining, and he will say things that are wrong.

I'll never endorse everything that Fuentes says, but following him & enjoying some of his content is perfectly fine.

I am not part of any group; I do not give a blanket endorsement to anyone.

But I do like ideas, particularly ones that aren't old and stale.

I will note that you support the Holocaust denier because you like ideas.

Also I think it's really funny that your response is, "Actually, I know a lot about the Holocaust denier and can cite several of his videos immediately, because I fucking love ideas."

Fuentes' on the Holocaust:

Fuentes said in a telephone interview earlier this month with The Washington Post that the Cookie Monster video was meant to be a “lampoon.” He said he acknowledges that the Holocaust was the systematic persecution and murder of 6 million Jews by the Nazi regime and its collaborators. “I’ve never denied the Holocaust,” he said.

Lmao.

"Yes, me being an outright nazi was just a goof. I just love ideas, and discussing them."

Verv why are you throwing down for the nazi boy? Is it because you love ideas?
