ISIS individuals have been caught planning attacks on Music Concerts and Venues in New York City as well as attacks on other high foot-traffic targets in that city earlier in the year. Three individuals were arrested in relation to this, including one interestingly arrested in the Philippines.
The FBI held this information about this planned series of ISIS Concert attacks back until today.
Though an interesting development in relation to the Las Vegas massacre, there is still not a formal revealed evidential connection.
