These news will make into the main media soon, some people have found letters in which he refes to black people as animals, and how people should buy guns to hunt them.

He also claimed 90-95% of black men in DC are criminals!!!

Look no further where his support and money is coming from

Quote:

Here's American National Socialist Workers Party leader Bill White, coming out big for Paul on the far-right Vanguard News Network site on December 20:

Comrades:

I have kept quiet about the Ron Paul campaign for a while, because I didn't see any need to say anything that would cause any trouble. However, reading the latest release from his campaign spokesman, I am compelled to tell the truth about Ron Paul's extensive involvement in white nationalism.

Both Congressman Paul and his aides regularly meet with members of the Stormfront set, American Renaissance, the Institute for Historic Review, and others at the Tara Thai restaurant in Arlington, Virginia, usually on Wednesdays. This is part of a dinner that was originally organized by Pat Buchanan, Sam Francis and Joe Sobran, and has since been mostly taken over by the Council of Conservative Citizens.

I have attended these dinners, seen Paul and his aides there, and been invited to his offices in Washington to discuss policy.

For his spokesman to call white racialism a "small ideology" and claim white activists are "wasting their money" trying to influence Paul is ridiculous. Paul is a white nationalist of the Stormfront type who has always kept his racial views and his views about world Judaism quiet because of his political position.

I don't know that it is necessarily good for Paul to "expose" this. However, he really is someone with extensive ties to white nationalism and for him to deny that in the belief he will be more respectable by denying it is outrageous -- and I hate seeing people in the press who denounce racialism merely because they think it is not fashionable.

Bill White, Commander
American National Socialist Workers Party

Obviously, this isn't what Paul's supporters want to hear. (The reactions from the VNN commentors ranged from "Some one ban this piece of shit for the no outing rule" to "I know alot of white supremacist involved in the Ron Paul campaign. I wish he would not shun away from his true supporters. I will stick with him till the ened but he shouldn't act like a typical politiician" to "This motherfucker needs a special bullet." Yes, the unique spelling is all their very own; follow the link above and read the threads for more holiday joy in this vein.) While White is hardly the most reliable reporter on any subject, his testament to Paul's racist credentials does tend to corroborate what Dave and I have been telling you all along: Paul's got longstanding connections to the looniest loonies on the loony right. You may not be able to hear the dog-whistle code in his speeches, but they sure as hell hear it loud and clear.

We've also been telling you that it's not just that Paul shows up for their events: he also takes their money. There's an old saying in politics that ya gotta dance with them what brung ya -- and guys like Bill White are the ones that brung Paul to Congress in the first place. On December 19, the day before White's helpful VNN endoresment, the AP caught Paul in mid-tango, this time with Stormfront.org founder Don Black:

Paul keeps donation from white supremacist
Republican presidential hopeful Ron Paul has received a $500 campaign donation from a white supremacist, and the Texas congressman doesn't plan to return it, an aide said Wednesday.

Don Black, of West Palm Beach, recently made the donation, according to campaign filings. He runs a Web site called Stormfront with the motto, "White Pride World Wide." The site welcomes postings to the "Stormfront White Nationalist Community."

"Dr. Paul stands for freedom, peace, prosperity and inalienable rights. If someone with small ideologies happens to contribute money to Ron, thinking he can influence Ron in any way, he's wasted his money," Paul spokesman Jesse Benton said. "Ron is going to take the money and try to spread the message of freedom."

"And that's $500 less that this guy has to do whatever it is that he does," Benton added.

Black said he supports Paul's stance on ending the war in Iraq, securing U.S. borders and his opposition to amnesty for illegal immigrants.

"We know that he's not a white nationalist. He says he isn't and we believe him, but on the issues, there's only one choice," Black said Wednesday. "We like his stand on tight borders and opposition to a police state," Black told The Palm Beach Post earlier.

On his Web site, Black says he has been involved in "the White patriot movement for 30 years."

Evidently, when it comes to Paul's status as a white nationalist, Mr. Black and Mr. White need to get their stories straight. But anyone on the left who continues to deny that Paul has maintained long, significant, and productive relationships with racists and anti-democratic "patriots" is, at this point, living in a denial zone worthy of Donald Rumsfeld.

Quote:

Paul reported on gang crime in Los Angeles and commented, “If you have ever been robbed by a black teen-aged male, you know how unbelievably fleet-footed they can be.”

“Given the inefficiencies of what D.C. laughingly calls the `criminal justice system,’ I think we can safely assume that 95 percent of the black males in that city are semi-criminal or entirely criminal,” Paul said

Paul also wrote that although “we are constantly told that it is evil to be afraid of black men, it is hardly irrational. Black men commit murders, rapes, robberies, muggings and burglaries all out of proportion to their numbers.”

Stating that lobbying groups who seek special favors and handouts are evil, Paul wrote, “By far the most powerful lobby in Washington of the bad sort is the Israeli government” and that the goal of the Zionist movement is to stifle criticism.

That's some funny fucking stuff. Hell, I just may have to throw my vote his way.

Washington D.C. is about 90% black and is, by far, the nation's leader in per-capita murders.

Just thought I'd spit out that factoid. It makes it better when I look at blogs and read them as gospel truth.

More evidence that it's strange that people on the left keep throwing their support at Paul just because of his anti-war statements.

When everything else around you looks terrible (choices), you're going to start to see things that you hope to see in these candidates with fresh new ideas, such as Paul. Best that the Left just stay away from this guy.

They should have rallied around Gravel or Kucinich, as they also wanted to end the war, but they were more socially conscious.

Ron Paul garnered support - also- for his economic policy. Don't forget that very important issue that really does set Paul apart from nearly every candidate.

Plus, if you mean 'the left' as synonymous with 'modern liberalism' then yes Kucinich was a pick. But no real socialists, Marxists, Lenninists, Communists, etc could, in any good conscience, support a democratic candidate and the welfare state.

But a leftist would gladly support the welfare state over a pro-market system (not that the WS is anti-market, but it is preferable to the Laziez Fairez system)

The national socialist workers party =/= a socialist party. On top of that they support racists policies and that isn't acceptable to any true socialist.

Your whole "pan-socialism" is just blinding you here.

He didn't write the remarks as mentioned above and to judge a candidate by his supporters is foolish of course, Obama is supported by many communists on this forum... I don't blame him for that, it's not his fault some misguided people like him. I do blame him for other things, like his love of the welfare state and socialist health care.

I do, i appreciate his rhetorical abilities and propaganda. That's what a great leader is made of. The ideas in a democracy must come from the people, so as long as there is no clear sign from the US population for a radical change in the economical organization, i don't see how could neo-communism triumph.

Maybe a good economical crisis and civil war could help change mentalities, but i don't count on that. Well, actually i count on China to make neo-communism the prevailing doctrine.

So lets say he didnt write or say those statements, which is a big assumption. He still is the white supremacist candidate, and his contributions and support come from white supremacist. Thats pretty good reason to stay away from the guy.

At least this is out in the open for the good, and people of color are aware of the dangers of voting for an idealist like ron paul.

More will come out once the media gets to investigate the guy, he wont become president, but he will become infamous.

it is WELL Known that ron paul did not make ANY of those statements and that a ghostwriter wrote them all....they were used against him in his congressional run in the 90s and now people are using it in teh election. On MTP he was asked about it, and said he accepted moral responsibility for not reading over the statements of the ghostwriter: he directed everyone to look at his voting record instead to prove hes not racist.

as for the white supremacist donation, his logic was that why should he give back 500 dollars to a racist when he could use it to spread the message...on TV he denounced the white supremacist and said he in no way supports any idea of him but that the money is more well spent in his hands than back in the hands of that stupid racist.

in other words...

In 2001, Paul took "moral responsibility" for the comments printed in his newsletter under his name, telling Texas Monthly magazine that the comments were written by an unnamed ghostwriter and did not represent his views. He said newsletter remarks referring to U.S. Representative Barbara Jordan (calling her a "fraud" and a "half-educated victimologist") were "the saddest thing, because Barbara and I served together and actually she was a delightful lady."[100] The magazine defended Paul's decision to protect the writer's confidence in 1996, concluding, "In four terms as a U.S. congressman and one presidential race, Paul had never uttered anything remotely like this."[35] In 2007, with the quotes resurfacing, New York Times Magazine writer Christopher Caldwell concurred that Paul denied the allegations "quite believably, since the style diverges widely from his own,"[10] but added that Paul's "response to the accusations was not transparent."[10]

In January 2008, the contents of Paul's newsletters made news again when James Kirchick of The New Republic published a story detailing the contents of various Paul newsletters.. Kirchick said that the writings showed "an obsession with conspiracies, sympathy for the right-wing militia movement, and deeply held bigotry".[101] A 1990 issue of the Ron Paul Political Report stated that "Homosexuals, not to speak of the rest of society, were far better off when social pressure forced them to hide their activities". After the 1992 Los Angeles riots, the newsletter referred to African-American rioters as "barbarians" and suggested that the riots only stopped when it came time for "blacks to pick up their welfare checks". Other issues gave tactical advice to right-wing militia groups and advanced various conspiracy theories. While the newsletters were published under Paul's name, he disavowed the writings in a response to the New Republic article. Paul said that the quotations do not represent his beliefs, and that "I have never uttered such words and denounce such small-minded thoughts." He did not indicate whether he knew who wrote the articles, but again noted that he accepts "moral responsibility" for not paying closer attention to writings published under his name.[102]

and for your white supremacist

its one thing to not like ron paul based on policies, but to discredit him with these false accusations is ridiculous and scummy.

If he allowed a ghostwriter to write racist stuff for 20 years without his knowledge, then he's grossly incompetent and should definately not be president.

Quote:

What's new is the extent of the racism. Before, it was believed that the statements were isolated incidents, but now it is known that the racism was present in his newsletter for 20 years.

So why is he still running for president? He has basically declared himself incompetent.

David why the hell is any other candidate running then? Oh wait, he didn't know those were published in his name and when he was aware he disvowed them. What has Clinton done? Romney? Obama? Huckabee? etc.

NONE of them are innocent. Ron Paul is the only innocent one in that he was unaware of what befell him. The others all had some scandal minor or major they were involved with (yes Obama too).

But he knows now. So the question why he is still running, when he had admitted that he's incompetent, remains.

None of the other candidates have declared themselves incompetent yet in the manner Ron Paul did. They may yet do so, and if that happen, I will expect them to quit their campaign too.

It is being unaware that makes Ron Paul incompetent. A presidential election isn't about finding a saint, but finding someone who can get the job done.

Ok so he didnt write or was involde in any way with the letters, not only he didnt even know they existed until about a few months ago.

Ok so then go thru the contributions and return the money to all the white supremacist that gave contributions. I mean that would be the right thing to do, first you dont want to be taking this kind of money, if you are against their beleifs.

Second, they gave him the money thinking he was their candidate, it is fair and the right thing for him to give them the money back. Anyways who wants to win knowing you won by using the white supremacist money.

But of course that wont happen because he is a closet white supremacist, and he cant say he had amnesia for the past 20 years forever.

If Barack Obama recieves money from a communist group, he's under no obligation to give it back. Being endorsed by a group does not mean endorsing a group. Fred Phelps backed Clinton and Gore until don't ask don't tell, it means nothing.

This is said as an ex-Paulite, not a rabd Paul supporter.

Ok so lets say Ron Paul is falsely being accused, this is all a big mistake that is ruining a great political figure.

Ok so why doesnt Ron Paul call the authorities, and tells them that there was this guy plublishing letters for 20 years using his name. I mean he is ruining his political carrer, they should find out who is this guy.

OHHHH wait he wont!!! right because if they investigate who the writer of the letters is, they will find out it is ron paul.
