There's no question the guy broke into the business. There's a security video of him breaking glass of the door. Did he swing first? Maybe, maybe not. But I'll defer to a business owner before some scumbag who breaks into a business.

No? And yet people sit their and judge them with their morning coffee and treat them as criminals.
And, again, these photos are removed by the Sheriff's office once the individual bails out or is arraigned. That being said, an arrest record is a matter of public record, and these photos are a part of that record...

No, it's not. The Sheriff's Department removes the photo once the person posts bail or is arraigned. I don't know why that's so difficult for you to understand...
