An excellent online class about reading Marx's Capital: Volume I

There are 13 classes overall and they can be watched (videos) and I believe there are audio versions as well.

Personally I did read all of Capital along with the class (took some time of course), but I would say that you can still get a lot of it by just watching/listening as well.

Capital: Volume 1 can be found here: http://marxists.org/archive/marx/works/ ... /index.htm though Harvey himself suggests using the Penguin (unabridged) edition for when he refers to specific pages.

Indeed. And I would say it's worth picking up if you're getting it for this class because he does make a lot of page references. And on top of that it is a very large book, so reading it online may be difficult (but I guess in the spirit of this sub-forum it's good to have the above link as well). And it's a good book to have in your collection anyway.
