I found this very humorous due to a rich young man from Dubai who has his special race car Lamborghini flown over and a federal law vehicle with Dubai plates gets him stopped a lot. He blows a tire and the only tire shop open with a model that fits his car? In Compton. The Cop says don't drive around with that expensive car in Compton. The Dubai guy says "I don't speak Spanish I can't speak to anyone at the tire change stores." It pays to speak Spanish in Los Angeles folks. Especially with a tire change shop with a very rare vehicle.
