That Eddy Merckx bike is ludicrously wonderful.

You do seem to favour bikes without brakes though, Grunch.

I'm using an older model of the Lemond Tourmalet...

The thing I like about Lemond is that the frames don't look horrible like they do on most bikes.

I've never experienced ocular pain from looking at a bike frame, Maxim.

Why are your eyes so sensitive?

I don't like to slow down much. I ride a 2007 Bianchi Pista, but I'll admit that I have a front brake.

If I lived some place more flat I wouldn't bother with even a front brake. It just doesn't seem necessary on a fixed gear bike.

Why are your eyes so undiscriminating, Qatz? For a while now, lots of bike manufacturers seem to have indulged in gaudy colour schemes on their frames:

That sort of thing at the worst. Multiple colours, nasty decals etc. do not look good.

Bianchis are to die for. I could't afford one though when I got my bike, especially considering I wanted gears and brakes.
