Would Technocracy and Federalism be compatible?

Yes and no, I guess it depends on how you look at federalism. Technocracy already incorporates something like it with its Area Controls. However, if you look at it like a kind of political 'balance of power' between the levels, then it is nothing like that because it is not a political system.

I'm talking about it in terms of autonomy or maybe in a sort of anarchist kind of way. Is Technocracy compatible with distributed, headless networks?
