We should have done this before but it is not too late. Predict the scores of the quarter finals, semis, third place playoff and finals. Highlight the predicted winner, so that if it goes to penalties, we could see who your predicted winner is. No predictions accepted after kickoff has started. The following points for winning are not concurrent:

Win = 1 point
Same goal difference = 2 points
Exact score = 3 points

Quarter finals:

Brazil - Colombia
France - Germany
Netherlands - Costa Rica
Argentina - Belgium

Semi finals:

Final

Germany - Netherlands : 3 - 1

Third Place :

Argentina - Brazil : 1 - 0

Brazil does not lose to Colombia since 1991, Colombia has only defeated Brazil two times in 25 matches - in the previously mentioned year and in 1985, a loss against Colombia would be akin to the All Blacks being defeated by Argentina. I can't say that it can't happen, but it would be very bizarre.

I think it will go like:

Brazil - Colombia : 2-0
France - Germany : 1-0
Netherlands - Costa Rica : 3-0
Argentina - Belgium : 0-1

Semi finals:

Brazil - France : 1-2
Netherlands - Belgium : 2-0

Final

France - Netherlands : 0-2

Third Place

Brazil - Belgium : 2-0
