I bought a pack. I know I’m going to soak em, but after that I dunno what to with em :hmm:

Suggestions? It would be nice to not have to turn em into a soup...

Soak them for 2 days, rinse after a day. It gets more of the chemical out that makes you fart.

Take a look at 9. it's vegetarian, but you can fix that with a little cream and parm

I didn’t even know someone had answered this thread! Thankyou late, I was only going to soak them for a day but I will do the two for sure :lol:

I’ve decided I will be going down the creamy pasta and beans road, with a vegan
beurre blanc inspired by this recipe https://cooking.nytimes.com/recipes/102 ... urre-blanc I will source only the finest Finlandian vegan butter, I promise :lol:
