Do you all mind not using the word "retard" or sticking "tard" on the end of things, or at least thinking about it?
From my experience, people with learning difficulties don't like being called "retard". Given that that's who that word is meant to refer to, you shouldn't use it. Just slag each other off in some other way.
p.s. It's not obvious that Team America is racist - it's satire, after all. If you're going to call something like that racist, please explain which bit you mean.
