The Artist Shepard Fairey was sued for his artwork Hope that was for Obama. He took an online photograph of Obama using google search, and that caused the company to press charges against him. He said that he had no idea it was illegal to use that artwork. Shepard Fairey is currently 49 years old and sentenced to probation.
