Trump was condemned by Prime Minister Theresa May of Britain, to which he responded by going after a different Theresa May on Twitter, dragging an obscure woman who at the time had six followers into the limelight. In another tweet, he insinuated that the TV host Joe Scarborough killed an intern in 2001, when he was a congressman. This came after news reports informed us that Trump is still a birther and that he no longer admits that the voice on the infamous “Access Hollywood” tape is his own. He seems to be cracking up.

We are currently witnessing more than Trump's usual state of instability — in fact, a pattern of decompensation: increasing loss of touch with reality, marked signs of volatility and unpredictable behavior, and an attraction to violence as a means of coping. These characteristics place our country and the world at extreme risk of danger.

If you think 2017 was bad, imagine an America without allies fighting another two-front war, this one involving nuclear weapons, under the leadership of the most hated president in modern history, while a torture apologist runs the C.I.A. The world right now is a powder keg. Trump, an untethered maniac, sits atop it, flicking a lighter that Republicans in Congress could take away, but won’t. If everything goes up in flames, we can’t say we weren’t warned.

The talking heads and most of the general public will watch him with a mix of fascination and horror and wonder what to do with him. He is, by his very personality structure, uncharted territory, and the ride will get a lot bumpier before it's over.

In America we are not supposed to accept this kind of behavior from our employees. Donald Trump is our employee.

No, he's a genius playing 10-dimensional chess against The Establishment™ and the fact that you think he's insane is proof that he has you exactly where he wants you.

yes

Predictably, the trump apologists attribute Donald's obvious lunacy to some sort of an ingenuous master plan that they, somehow, are privy to.

stay tuned ....

The NYT wrote:Republicans aren’t going to defy their mad king over anything as mushy and amorphous as democratic norms, rationality or national honor. Indeed, whether Trump is mentally ill or simply unbound, his provocations can serve a purpose for the Republican Party, numbing the country to a tide of less flamboyant outrages. Treasury Secretary Steven Mnuchin, for example, appears to have flat-out lied when he said that his agency’s comprehensive analysis shows the Republican tax bill paying for itself through economic growth; according to The Times, no such analysis exists. This should be a scandal, but when an administration lies all the time, it makes a lie like this less shocking.

There may be a master plan though according to which Trump gets replaced with Pence in the right time and everything gets back to "normal".

You mean sorta like the way Ceaucescu was replaced by the National Salvation Front during the Romanian 'Revolution' in 1989, eh Beren? ;)

The fate of the Party is more important than the fate of any individual. And the fate of the elite of the Party is more important than the fate of any Party.... Lol.

Oh no, in America it ought to be strictly constitutional, and bloodless if possible. :D

Precisely. ;)

Don't worry Suntzu, if Trump is ousted he'll be tweeting a lot more about those things! :excited:

Theresa May is a cowardly lunatic, defending the indefensible. Successive British governments had been using the homegrown jihadist-industry as a foreign policy tool to manipulate North-African and Middle Eastern countries. This coupled with its multi-decade spanning systemic failure of its immigration and naturalization policy as pertaining to immigrant communities of Islamic background has led to a powderkeg situation, which the British bureaucracy has chosen to deal with by doubling down on dogmatic multiculturalism as a state-enforced policy.

There is more outrage over these tweets (which any third party observer would find disconcerting given the tacit support Islamic 'extremist' organizations receive from the general Islamic public in Europe) than there was over the many Muslim rape gangs operating with impunity for several decades in the UK making thousands of victims.

Also, the 'special relationship' with the UK had already been severely diminished under the Obama administration (eight years running). Theresa May can't even sort out her own house to allow for a brief visit from Trump. Talk about being hopelessly incompetent.

Donald TRUMP is one of those experiences in life, like birth, marriage or death, that bring out the best, or worst in people.

He is probably more like his adversary's than they or he would care to admit(North Korean president?).

What do people expect from those they elect?

Ever been shopping, picked up an item because of the attraction on the package?

Well,so too with those you elect, what you see on the outside is not what you get once the package is opened.

Are people so dumb(YES)that they believe everything they see in the media, spoken by celeb's, politicians or anyone else for that matter-without the ability to form their own rational judgement that is in tune with reality?
There's something seriously wrong with people in the world, throw them overboard in the middle of the Arctic-REALITY will
catch up with them quicker than an F1 car.

As for Theresa MAY, she REALLY IS A GUTLESS,BRAINLESS political THIRD RATE ACTOR,WORSE,EVEN THAN Gordon BROWN,
who, single-handedly, did more damage to our economy than HITLER did in WW2.

She is political 'TOAST',as is the TORY PARTY, which is dying a slow death.

Dementia.

Is President Trump suffering from dementia?
Trump may have a substantial vocabulary, but if he does, he doesn't use it. The vocabulary he uses is along the lines of a child of 10 to 12 years of age. In speech he is very repetitive. He uses very few specific nouns and uses many non-specific nouns such as "things, something, anything, everything, nothing." He uses simple verbs such as "is, has, goes, got." He doesn't speak in long or complex sentences, and he speaks in highly fragmented and even incoherent sentences, if indeed they are sentences at all.

Speaking in simple sentences can be a deliberate way of reaching a broader audience, but what if it's not deliberate? The entire previous paragraph describes classic symptoms of dementia or senility.

As indicated in the above Merriam-Webster definitions, dementia and senility are by definition progressive conditions — they don't suddenly appear in full bloom — and here the evidence of senility or dementia starts to mount.

Google "is Trump senile?" and you will find videos of 1980s and 1990s Trump interviews in which he speaks in complex, relatively long sentences with an extensive vocabulary. In the interviews he is intelligent, articulate and impressive. Again, the change in his speech over time could be deliberate, or normal cognitive deterioration associated with age, but I don't think so. The difference is too stark, too striking.

And then there are mood swings, making things up, paranoia, lack of restraint and unsteady walking, particularly up and down stairs — all symptoms of dementia and all displayed by Trump. Watch Trump walking with British Prime Minister Theresa May on YouTube.

:moron: This is the argument of brain dead conservatives. no one is talking about the loss anymore. They are talking about what Trump is DOING. Stick to the present. Bringing up Hillary and her losing(a fucking year ago!) is bullshit deflection, and you know it.

"But what about Hllary???". FUCK. OFF. She's gone. No one is butthurt about it, but the crybaby conservatives whose only defense against what Trump does, is to dredge up the past.

Grow the fuck up.
