1. Smart people would remember that the Trump investigations, which led to many convictions, started on and concluded during a Republican led government. So the democrats are not to blame for them, though the investigations were very successful in uncovering many felons.

2. There is no investigation into President Elect Biden as much as the mentally ill Trump would like them on the way out the door. So far he is the only one calling for any of these. They likely will not happen.

3. The Democratic party is not a "left" party. Only very uneducated people believe that. All they have to go on is Fox News and Rush Limbaugh.

4. Trump lost fair and square. If he had fought the virus rather than repeatedly lying about it and conducting super spreader events to pump his ego, he might have won.

As to his criminality, it seems you haven't looked very far as there is plenty of evidence out there. He has broken numerous laws over the years and not all the cases that could be filed are out of time and unprosecutable. The probe led by Manhattan District Attorney Cyrus Vance Jr. is only one of several legal entanglements that are likely to intensify when Trump loses power.
