There is a not at all famous Cagney movie where he says "I'm a 3 time loser, copper, you're not taking me alive." He was standing on an oil refinery thing, which he shot with his Thompson machine gun, blowing up himself and part of the refinery.

This time Republicans lost their third major lawsuit attacking Obamacare. It may be their last go. It was a ridiculous suit, and a ridiculous Supreme Court that decided to do a narrow a ruling as possible.

Covid would have been even worse without Obamacare....
