He's definitely not a neo-Nazi mercenary type, but he seems deeply involved in anti-Russia or anti-Kremlin activities, so maybe it wasn't just Lukashenka being so eager to catch him. In my opinion he and his principality are not so sovereign and autonomous anyway.
