The fork is held in the left hand, the knife in the right to cut food and to help carry food to the fork. The fork is held, tines down, and the knife used to move food onto the fork or support food so the fork can pick it up. There is no shifting of cutlery.

Ya hear that, Hindsite? Ya just ain't classy enough fer PoFo! ;)

There is no shifting of cutlery in my method either and it works better for me, since I always eat with the fork in my right hand because I am right handed. The way you say is stupid.

I is a surprise that a right winger can't eat correctly?

Their American leader eats steak that's well done and covered in ketchup like he's a fucking five-year-old.

It is, scientifically, incorrect to eat a steak that is well done. And ketchup is something a child eats.

The last two Republican presidents drink like children too.

What is the point of trying to culturally humiliate half the country like this? This kind of thing became saturated in the Democratic Party to the point where it lost them a general election.

My grandfather owned a game farm and used to eat ketchup by the spoonful right out of the tin can. It definitely goes well with cheap cuts of meat and in Canada it is a national tradition to put it on macaroni and cheese. One of my favourite things to do with it is mix it with poutine gravy. It really is a great condiment.

I've never been a fan of ketchup, but I know of no true working class person that doesn't put it on everything. If you are working class, it is the Swiss Army Knife of sauces, it is the only sauce. Hark at these high falutin' snobs sneering at ketchup consumers whilst claiming to be champions of the working classes. Class traitors!

Oh shit, you guys better figure out if you can, "culturally humiliate half the country" or not. Just amp up whatever you can as far as your hurt feelings, and I'm sure you guys can settle on whatever makes you feel like the biggest victims
