This may be an ESL issue for you. Trump did not say he considered anybody separate from the "United Stated nation", whatever that means anyway.
noemon wrote:he is explicitly saying that these women cannot be telling the US how it is to be run due to their origins.
He didn't say that either. His implication is that they are inexperienced.
noemon wrote:As long as we all agree that Trump has engaged in ethnic-bigotry, it matters little if ethnic bigotry qualifies as "racism" in your semantic opinion.
No. We don't agree. I've already stated that Trump's statement could be construed as "nativist", however that was not his intent. His intent was to highlight their criticism of the United States, their antipathy for Jews and Israel, their radicalism by even Democratic party standards, and to do so in a way that triggered the PC movement so that the press--who would otherwise studiously ignore that criticism--would make it front page news for a few days so that they would champion Trump's point for him, while calling him a "bigot." His strategy worked beautifully.
noeomon wrote:I like how Hindsite has totally acquiesced to the reality that his tweets were totally racist but the only thing apparently not making them racist is his empty rhetorical task about them "going back-fixing imaginary countries with magical powers-then combing back".
You guys are 99.9% there already, congratulations.
We understand it perfectly. He was trolling you, and you fell for it hook, line and sinker.

Right. Cecil Rhoads was very clear in his writings about this, and Rudyard Kipling as well.

I haven't said anything about superior/inferior, just difference.

On the other hand, you would be more of a challenge, because I'm not the least bit convinced that you are 15 years old and hailing from Syria.

You're getting closer to the truth.

Or the Eugenics origin of modern abortion clinics... It's quite a peculiar phenomena, not unlike the tension Dr. Steve Turley was talking about between modernism and post-modernism--embracing post-modern philosophy, while living in a modern world, pushing globalism which is foundationally dependent on modernism, etc.

Like the transmutation of men into women or women into men... even with knowledge of DNA. This is why leftist ideology is nothing but mindless barbarism.

Unconstitutional? What's unconstitutional about free speech?
noemon wrote:This post says that just because Trump said they should come back to the US once their task of waving magical wands is done, then it's not racist and that if he had not said that sentence(come back) then you would agree that he's racist since he has already told them to "go back where they came from".
His obvious intent was to troll people like you, and it worked fantastically well.
noemon wrote:too ridiculous to be taken seriously.
He puts a lot of humor into what he says. Ironically, it is you who are taking it so seriously, and his supporters who are laughing at you, because you got trolled.
Pants-of-dog wrote:No one called working class people “racists”.
Hillary Clinton did, but she could be construed to be no one.
annatar1914 wrote:That's what Trump's main voting bloc is, the working people of the United States, not the Bourgeoisie nor the Lumpenproletariat.
Trump gets most of the Republican vote, but that is not enough to win the White House. With large swaths of the population not wedded to either party, it's making the White House more of a crap shoot. Obama was a very unlikely president as well as Trump, and he constantly trolled racism. In many respects, Trump is just doing what Obama did. Apparently, it works.
annatar1914 wrote:as the other side most certainly doesn't represent them and even actively hates them.
That was the entire point of the trolling operation. Trump reminded the blue collar working class swing voters that the Democrats hate them, and the Democrats were only too happy to oblige him.
annatar1914 wrote:These congresspeople represent those of the immigration wave that we've been discussing, and these congresspeople certainly don't truly represent the native population.
Arguably AOC's free income for everyone whether you want to work or not is aimed at people on time-limited public assistance. So she's trolling to an audience of Americans as well.
annatar1914 wrote:Well, what he plans and thinks is very important, since the ''Left'' has destroyed itself with identity politics.
By embracing post-modern ideology and its political correctness among other things, the Democratic party has wittingly or unwittingly destroyed a long-term political majority that was the foundation of its party. They literally controlled the House of Representatives for 40 years straight with no interruptions this way. Gingrich ended that run. The Democrats feeling that they should rule and nobody should question them hasn't changed.
