I dont even know what to comment. This is so far out, I'm just stunned. It makes no sense in any way.
And by the way, if people leave a country, they also no longer consume. Which means after they leave, there will be even more unemployment. Thus you cannot reduce unemployment rates by throwing unemployed people out. That just cannot work.
