The type of people that blindly support Republicans, and that would approve of such a plan to off pelosi (i.e. BlutoSay's) clearly show this level of one dimensional thinking. They are not 4D chess players. Just fearful begrudging little cowards. I think their support for Jan 6th is another indicator of this.

Why are you running your keyboard, begrudging little coward?

Everytime I turn around, you're ranting about death to Trump. Stick your hypothesis up your ass.

Prior to Jan 6th, I didn't want him dead. When he caught covid, I didn't want him dead. After Jan 6th, he's better for the world if he's dead.

A person that actively tries to over throw the government, and violate the constitution, should not have the rights that it provides. As much of a moron as pelosi is, she hasn't gone as far as Trump.

So fuck Trump, hopefully he dies, and fuck you for supporting Trump's treason.

Oh, I'm so scared now. Please don't hurt me, Godfather.

I promise not to say nuthin' about the broad and her crooked dealings. Ever.

Just don't start no war with China, and go away with your stinkin' gas chambers.

I thought the CCP originally said there would be grave consequences if she visited. It was later revised that they would shoot down any fighter escorts for her plane as they would consider that an act of war. I would park a carrier close by and not send fighter escorts with her plane. If they are stupid enough to attack it then they will see grave consequences.

A surprise if she really does show up. I was putting my money that she wouldn't show up. Then again, I put my money on that Russia wouldn't invade Ukraine. :hmm:

The white house does not condone this visit, publicly. I'm very sure, the white house is ok with it though.

Overall, I believe that China is in the long term, is going to be a failed state. Nobody relies on the global order established after WWII and enforced by the US more than China. The US is starting to care less about protecting trade globally, especially on behalf of nations that are openly hostile to it.

To me, this visit doesn't change that, and thus, not sure it's really needed.

What Pelosi is good for Freedom and Democracy. The last one who had balls was Gingrich as I understand. Fuck the Chinese oppressive machine. Having her plane shot down and making her in to a martyr isn't a good idea though.

China has economic problems kinda like Putin that started a war in Ukraine because of that. HK also kinda happened because of that. As I said, China lags 5-10 years behind Russia in those processes. This is way too fast though, so I would assume they won't start a war, well yet.

Wait! Hong Kong?! What happened?! They're extremely something I have imagined by myself.

China has been unable to provide any prosperity for HK for a long time in reality now. Basically the wage stagnation and economic stagnation in HK has been present so for obvious reasons HK people starting chasing such immaterial ideas like democracy, more autonomy, rule of law and so on that provide that prosperity over long term so China kinda crushed them. But this was only the foreshadowing of what they will do in the mainland and attempt Taiwan in the future in my opinion for exactly the same reasons. Right now there is no economic and wage growth in mainland China for couple of years now and the problems look like systemic.

One thing is when economy grows 5%+ in a dictatorship with a low standard of living. Another thing when that growths drop below 5 and then 4 and then lower like it happened in Russia so the regimes become more repressive to fake their support or at least to get it with other means. People are usually content with even dictatorship if there is good economic growth, the sad part of dictatorships is corruption, no rule of law and other things that make growth impossible to higher levels are a feature of the system and not some kind of bug like in Western societies that we in the West constantly try to fix, change or root out.

Fair enough.

If China sinks into its problems more, it's more likely they will go after Taiwan. I guess making the point that the US stands to defend Taiwan could help prevent that.

This is the danger of ethno-nationlist states like Russia/China. When shit isn't good, you are more likely to start a war.

Todays Pelosi saga kinda reminded me about a Russian TV show produced in early 90s when Russia was free. Its satire + comedy. Sadly it is only in Russian. It is about how a plane trying to prevent a crash for 325 episodes and so on.
