No country recognizes that, worldwide.

Specifically Russias closest allies, China and India, didnt recognized this officially, simply because China has Taiwan and India has Kashmir as problem, they both wouldnt want to publically support a country or parts of a country joining another country after a referendum.

The important part is, they dont have to. This is all just Russia now. Russia doesnt need any confirmation from third parties. Not even their close allies, of which Iran is one.
