ISIS was an al-Qaeda splinter group and HTS broke away from ISIS. Ideologically, there's not much to choose between them.

Was the West covertly supporting the head-choppers then? Obama gave the 'moderates' (ISIS) $500 million, training, and weapons in 2014.

If not and it was all down to a CIA cock-up, why are they supporting them now?

The rebels are not pretending to be something they are not today.

I wasn't aware of the west or Turkey supporting ISIS or Nusra. My understanding was that the groups they supported were Muslim Brotherhood aligned. It was Saudi and Israel that supported Al Qaeda and the Islamic State.

I don't think that Osama's organisation and Al Qaeda in Iraq were ever really united organisatioanlly or ideologically. Its my belief that the Nazis would have been quite different if Hitler had, had a Jewish mother. Osama had an Alawite mother, he wanted to convert the Shia, not genocide them. Most Liberals are stupid, ignorant and narcissistic, Al Qaeda as a large Leninist type organisation was always something of a myth invented to tell stories to make liberals feel better.

It is clearly a Turkish armed and coordinated army of the usual useful idiots in disguise.

**BREAKING**First signs putin Navy is evacuating ships from Tartus, "Syria". Will Iran leave "Syria" as well ?

Igor Girkin commented on the events in "Syria", stating that he predicted problems back in 2015 due to involvement in a war in a distant country. He added that it is impossible to help Assad´S GANG in any way, and his defeat will automatically mean THE MOSCOW HORDE ’s defeat.

The Ukrainian Defense Intelligence (HUR) agrees with Girkin  Moscow - Iranian militants are demoralized by the successes of opposition forces in "Syria."

Maybe sooner. RMF posters say the SAA has launched a counterattack in the area, aided by SAF and Russian jets. For Assad the HTS incursion has been a terrible setback and embarrassment, but not fatal. Btw RMF report SAA success in repelling SDF attacks in the Deir Ezzor area. If these reports are correct, we could see essentially the status quo ante bellum in a month or two.

If you have any doubt why places like Syria, Africa , Georgia , Belarus and Ukraine hates the Moscow imperial army - The Moscow imperial - nazi Rusich Group, with a commander newly promoted by the Moscow imperial leadership, shows you why today.

The 'rebels are Turkish islamists in league with Al nusra. There is a huge incursion into Kurdish territories, at the same time Biden's airforce is acting as the rebels air force. I hope the kurds remember what American did to them. Used them then dropped them like a wet rag in favour of a literal Al Nusra successor.

As your Moscow empire loses its ability to shore up dictators in countries like Syria, expect a lot of countries in Africa , Europe and Asia to have similar situations in the next few months

So you admit Russia is an Empire that competes with France in western Africa, US in middle east and the collective west in Eurasia? Damn, Russia stronk. Whatever happened to regional power?

As for this instance of the Jihadist resurgence, this is ISIS with extra steps. You are clearly choosing some very poor bedfellows.

Moscow is fine, thankfully it has won in Ukraine-to be wrapped up when Trump finally gets in; and then Russia will turn its full attention on Syria again.

Yes. And annex a bunch of territory, forever. Whatever is left of the Rump borderlands state will be nothing more than a feeble temporary puppet under the same guise as Poland (not a real country) or the baltics (not real countries).

Meanwhile back on topic;

Your Syrian Opposition, so indigenous. (i.e not real rebels).

So much fakery and quackery spawning out of the Weimar west these days.

"Rump borderlands" = 80% of Ukraine's territory

"Bunch of territory to be annexed" = basically the remains of destroyed towns.

It sounds like the denazification failed.

Also, it seems HTS took Hama as well. Let's see if they start facing catastrophic successes. Russia should know well how that goes.

Huge rebel military columns prepare to leave Hama and continue to push down the highway to Homs, Syria’s 3rd-largest city.

Has " axis of evil" ALREADY finished in " Syria " ? Moscow - Iranian imperialistic pig - dogs are on the run in "Syria" .
