When western politicians talk about China issues, they usually mention the traceability of the Covid-19 virus, human rights violations, economic and trade practices, and the situation in Taiwan, the East China Sea, and the South China Sea. But they missed a very important point. The Chinese Communist Party has evil walls and draconian laws.

In February 2019, Columbia University law professor Tim Wu wrote an article named "China’s Online Censorship Stifles Trade, Too" (https://www.nytimes.com/2019/02/04/opin ... ernet.html), Tim Wu mentioned "the Fish Missed from the US-China Trade Negotiations, it is China's Internet trade barrier".

I think the evil Great firewall has played the following bad effects.

1. Block the truth and promote the evil CCP ideology. China has now regressed to totalitarianism, which is a kind of extreme private ownership, because even the state power in this country is privately owned by the one party of the Chinese Communist Party. Politically, the personal dictator--Xi Jinping centralized power everywhere. Economically, Xi Jinping actively engaged state ownership, and and cracked down on private enterprises. When the state power is privately owned, of course the state-owned enterprises are also privately owned by one party, it's extreme private ownership. However, the CCP disguised itself as a public-owned country and fooled the people.

2. The Great Frewall of China blocked a large number of American websites, such as Google, Facebook, Twitter and countless Chinese websites built in the United States. China's Internet trade barriers have seriously violated the commercial interests of American technology companies.

The best way to deal with the CCP's firewall is to be reciprocal. The evil firewall blocks the truth and blocks Western companies, the West can equally block Chinese technology companies. Such as blocking Huawei, WeChat, and TikTok's operations in the West. Blocking these Chinese companies does not require the reasons for these companies to threaten the security of the United States. As long as the reason is that China's evil firewall blocks Western technology companies, it is enough to block them equally.

In addition to firewall, the CCP has evil laws. The CCP has a lot of evil laws, and some evil laws clearly violate human rights. For example, there is the "Interim Regulations on the Management of International Networking of Computer Information Networks of the People's Republic of China", which stipulates that it is illegal to leap the Great Firewall. Recently, the mainland China public security has frequently used this evil law to arrest and punish those who leap the Great Firewall. Building this firewall is guilty, but not guilty of leaping the wall. It clearly violates human rights that the Chinese government uses this law to arrest people . The international community should step forward and force the CCP to destroy this evil law.

In addition to the "Interim Regulations of the People's Republic of China on the Administration of International Networking of Computer Information Networks," there is also the "Mainland China National Security Law." Recently, the "Hong Kong National Security Law" has become famous internationally, and the Chinese Communist Party use "Hong Kong National Security Law" to implement fascist rule in Hong Kong. In fact, long before the "Hong Kong National Security Law", the Mainland China already had the "Mainland China National Security Law." The "Mainland China National Security Law" is more brutal than the "Hong Kong National Security Law," but the international community has been silent on this.

The "Mainland China National Security Law" stipulates that companies must cooperate with the government to implement the government's will. In addition to manipulating, monitoring, and collecting people's privacy, they must also implement policies that are in the interests of the CCP. Therefore, both state-owned enterprises, private enterprises, or foreign-funded enterprises (including Apple who makes iPhone) in mainland China are all accomplices of the CCP's evil.

The existence of the CCP's evil firewall and evil laws proves that the CCP country(People's Republic of China) is an evil country. Any western country that bypasses the wicked firewall and evil laws, and makes trade agreement with the CCP is a behavier of appeasement. Any appeasement or compromise with an evil country is also a crime.

The problem has always been the following:

1. What should be the punishment?
2. Who to carry out the punishment?
3. When will it come?
4. How to prevent something like this in the future?
