THE PREFACE.
There are three powerful international political Groups now. And the First one (G1) is more powerful in 10 times, than all other forces taken together. It is very ancient Group and it will not disappear like another two. Members of this Group do not appear anywhere. They never show their faces. Nobody have seen them and heard them. They are deep conspired and operate other groups. They are not masons. They possess such technologies which mankind has not known yet. For example, nanotechnologies. Another example: they are capable to influence people on distance (for example politics, businessmen, rich people or other). (This influence cause bad consequences: headache and absent-mindedness appear and grow progressively worse; imbecility, dotage or schizophrenia are developing more quick than a rule; almost nobody can relieve a person or a child off their influence). It may seem fantastic to you but all this is really as a matter of fact and it is founded on laws of physics, chemistry, biology and other exact sciences (like available of ghosts, globe-lightings and other paranormal occurrences which are incomprehensible for us for the present). We can not understand the nature of such influences now because mankind is underdeveloped backward civilization in comparison with G1 standard of knowledge. That is like people of the 15th+16th centuries were fools in comparison with us. (This intellectually backward society did not realize its foolishness, did not understand scientists and sagacious persons of that time, considered them madmen and heretics and burnt them by bonfires). Very clever people only (contemporary Columbuses, Copernicuses, Leonardos da Vinci) are capable to guess about their existence and to calculate something about them. Mickle Jackson death was provoked by supplies (preparations which cause sleeplessness. Thus G1 members compelled his doctor to give him soporific fatal dose. Different people give different names for the First Group: the world government, aliens, world powerful group behind the scenes, world Backstageness, etc. G1 led all renegades to power. It helped to fascists from 1922 to 1941, to communists from 1917 to 1975, to swindlers from 1999. G1 like to cause people to quarrel between themselves. For an example.
At first Providence set Polish and Hungarian Kings on indivisible East-Slavonic people territories (Polish grand duke Boleslaw the First was the first who attacked Slavonic brothers: he committed an aggression and occupied Old Roossian Kiev’s lands);
then – Turkey on Hungary and Russia;
Polish and Lithuanian feudal lords on Ukrainian inhabitants and Russia; (it was 400-years-long Polish-Lithuanian occupation of Ukrainian, Belorussian and some Russian lands, which took place long before 100-year-long occupation of some Polish lands by Romanovs (by zars));
Ukrainian Zaporozhian Cossacks and Russia (to free Eastern Slavs) on Poland;
Prusija and Austria (with German wife of Russian zar (czar), impostor Catherine II (Ekaterina), the second) on Poland;
Bonaparte with Polish retrograde persons on semi-free East-Slavonic territories again (as a result Poland became depopulated because of this and fell under the Romanovs power;
Zars Romanovs on Polish and Hungarian rebels;
Communists-Jewry (Lenin, Trotsky, etc, with the help of Kayser’s Germany money) on Russia (and on Poland three years later);
Mościcki and other Polish leaders on Lithuania, Czecho-Slovakia and Ukrainian people (occupation of west Ukraine, operation “Wisła”);
Communists-Georgians (Stalin, Beria, etc) on Russian people (GULAG), on north-eastern Romania (“Moldavia”) and Polish Belostok’s province;
German fascists on Polish people;
Georgian-Stalin’s Communism on Russia and Poland (as “God’s punishment” for KayserAgent’s revolution and Polish semi-fascism of the 1930s).
Now World Backstageness urge on eastern European’s public mood to get confused and to confound senses of words (slightest ideas). It set them (including… Poles!) not against communists but against (…) Russians! And it is instead of thank Russians for their help against fascist’s destruction of Polish nation! Russian people were not obligated to give their lifes for saveing Poland from Germans; Russian troops could stop on the pre-war frontiers. (And there would be no of Poland and no of Polish people in that case in the present time. But Russians saved the Slavs-brothers. (I mean that millions of killed Russian soldiers + Gorbachov’s perestroika saved Poland.) So did they do it for nothing, for no thank? Does the matters stand in such a way? (And have Poles saved Russians from fascists? No. And have Poles saved Russians from Communism? No.) Besides that, Russians were suffering from Communism more than other people and are suffering from this renegades’ regime consequences up to now. (There was a soft version of communism in other European countries). In addition, it is known that Communism was invented by Germans, financed by German Kayser, implanted to Russia by Jews and Georgians, Russians were depended people only: there were two rulers only in Russian Empire, USSR and RSFSR (that was Russian Republic) who were Russians (they were Gorbachov and Eltsin)). And vice versa: World Backstageness urge Russians on Polish people.
George Bush, John McCain, Robert Gates are members of the Second Group. G2 represents the interests of Israel, part of Americans, part of Japanese, Albanians, part of Afghans. The main aims of “secondmen” now are to come back to power in the USA and to preserve chances for returning the troops back to Iraq in future to encircle Iran from two sides. And they try to create conditions for that. For example, the “secondmen” have organized the acceptance of a point; USA will reserve of a part of troops in Iraq under the point as if (like) in my plan. (It was my idea, temporary measure for insurance against destabilization. But “secondmen” want to use it for another aim). If my “old plan for Iraq” will not be realized, then Americans will stay there for more long time.
The following information was classified before the time when I have disclosed it. I have calculated it with a split-hair accuracy even in the spring 2008. The First Group (G1) intended to put through their plan concerning the elections in the USA. John McCain was the Bush's protege. He was to become the candidate from republicans. And he became. Hillary Clinton was to become the candidate from democrats (not Barack Obama!). She was to receive more votes, than the candidate from republicans on elections at the autumn 2008. But McCain was to become the new president as a result of some swindle. I recollected the swindle of 2000 in Florida and assumed that it should happen somehow in another way this time (and I wrote about that on my favorite site "arguewitheveryone. com"). But something had changed, and not once, but twice. At first – Obama was appointed to the post of the candidate from democrats, instead of Clinton. But I (I am Europeanintellectual, NewNostradamus) remembered Michel Nostradamus's words that we may soften only consequences of those or other events, but we can not cancel these events. And so I have drawn a logically correct conclusion that all the First Group will make McCain a new president all the same. I do not trust in astrology and I do not calculate any event of the future with its help. But sometimes I check my prophecies by means of this science. I have opened my copy-book with the astrological information in November and have found out that McCain could be chosen during the period approximately from the 4th, till to the 8th of January, 2009. (The 6th of January was the greatest probability). And Obama could become a looser according to astrology approximately on the 13th of January, 2009. But I did not know at that time yet about the following features of the American elections. Electors should vote on the 15th of December, according to the selective legislation, and the parliament will bring the results of the elections… just on the 6th of January!!! … (Startling news! Isn’t it?) … I have been simply dumbfounded, when I have learnt about this! It was the second exact indicator that McCain will win. Later I have found out some roguish messages in the different sources whose purpose was to discredit Obama by means of swindle. For example, some themes on my loved site of forums (arguewitheveryone. com). It was the third indicator. It happens seldom that there are so many of indicators (usually there are two only). And I have decided to use this discovery of mine for business (in the capacity of a reliable (exact) demonstration of my oracular abilities). I have printed the prophecy and have offered businessmen and rich people to address me for the help. (I can help them to rescue their businesses or their assets from some historical dangers). I have dispatched some messages through the Internet to different accidental addresses (from 50,000 to 200,000 in number). I wrote 2 forums, on my internet sites, to ICQ-addresses and electronic mail boxes, basically – Google mail (gmail.com). Strange things began to happen. Hackers have changed five figures of my code number. Somebody has closed both of my sites. Somebody has grasped one of my electronic boxes and changed passwords. Somebody prevented me from working in internet by every possible means. At first, the most simple (easy) way was used: internet (or ICQ) became disconnected, and not once. Then, suddenly, very many harmful programs have appeared (viruses). Then, something have prevented me from registration at forums (there were faults at the end of every attempt) (at ICQ too). Then, I suppose, invisible program appeared and was creating an illusion of my working in ICQ (for example, I saw my sent lines, but my interlocutor did not see it at the same moment! And in conclusion, the peak of G1 technologies perfection have appeared. Invisible program created an illusion of my working in internet at every forum and at some chats! (this became clear some time later. That is the following. I was sitting, typing, and considering that I am working in internet. But the fact is all this was on the screens of the computers which I was sitting at. The Third Group (which is the ally of the Second one) has shown a very big displeasure because of my dispatches. (It was the fourth indicator on this theme). All this was the acknowledgement of the assumption that McCain will win, or that somebody (some group) makes efforts for the coming power of McCain, for his presidentship.
But something unforeseen had happened that has changed our history the second time for 12 years. The First Group has cancelled the plan of McCain appointment to presidentship! … I did not expect it in any way. It should not happen! (So good business was liquidated!) It is logical to assume the following. My dispatches have warned somebody about the plan of the First Group, and this has prevented from the putting their plan in action. THEIR PLANS WERE CANCELED BECAUSE I HAD TOLD MANY PEOPLE ABOUT THEM!?! And it means that Michel Nostradamus, lived in the 16th century (not me), was mistaken! History can be changed, an event can be cancelled, but if you know only, how it can be done. Now I also will be engaged in it. I WILL CHANGE THE HISTORY NOW !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! (You and I - we have a chance for changes together, a great chance!) Now I will list the most negative events from the future. I would like most of them to be cancelled. All of them are planned by the First Group. So, G1 has the following PLANS.

There will be more events in the world within the next 30 years, than from 1910 to 1950.
The following countries will lose their independence for ever (or temporarily): Lithuania (Poland will describe it of statehood; I don’t take in account a seizure of a part of a state now), Turkmenistan, Hungary, Croatia, (Serbia? I did not define this exactly), Portugal, Albania (Kosovo), Czechia, Quebec, Armenia, Kazakhstan, Turkey, Azerbaijan, many Arabian states and others.
DESTROYMENT by the PLAN of G1. The following countries will be destroyed at various times: Iraq, Syria, Denmark, Lithuania (Litva again! Pity Lithuanians!), Venezuela, Brazil, Sweden, Poland (in two stages, Lodz will become a new capital, then there will be a small part of the territory of this country only), Russia (simultaneously with Poland, in two steps too, there will be a small part of the territory of the country, Lipetsk will become a new capital), others. Many Polish people, Ukrainians, Russians, Kazakhs, Chineses will be killed. There will be an attack to Iran. Warsaw, Belgrade (Beograd) will be destroyed. Territorial losses at Iran. Atlantic basin (4). Mongolia (2). T (2). The new capital of Italy around Naples will be destroyed. There will be wars with application of the nuclear weapon.

SERBIA, KOSOVO. (This is the first part, which was written at the beginning of May, 2008.)
Secret zigzags of a modern policy and how they concern to Serbia…
1. (The first stage. Planning.) …
ChiefBush tramples down the earths of Muslim (Moslem) states for the sake of Israel safety. But his affairs go not so excellent. He needs a support (or an approval) of a considerable quantity of Moslems and «positive examples» of his activity. Therefore ArtfulBush has already planned (for a long time) to stabilize the position in Muslim Somalia and to make Albanian Kosovo independent for the deserving of a good arrangement of the Near-Eastern people. It was a cunningly invented idea, wasn’t it? The first idea has failed. And now the 6-year-old well-counted ChiefBush’s plan «The Independence of Kosovo» comes to its end. What it consists in? It is necessary to constrain a patriotic feeling of Serbians for successful LongHandsBush branch of Kosovo. Who can help ChiefBush to do it? Yugoslavian people of high rank only! (Explanation: Kosovo was a part of Serbia, and Serbia was the part of Yugoslavia) …
2. (The second stage. Recruitment of BushAgents.) …
Therefore SkilfulBush has made up his mind to bring his proteges to Yugoslavian (Serbian) power. They will not undertake any effective measures against Kosovo independence recognition in contrast of Kostunica (like for an example:
a) cease the cooperation with EU for a time;
b) or automatic adequate recognition of some of the separatists-friendly countries own territories independence, geographic-separative provinces, religious or national minority, administrative units or occupied lands for many years ago;
c) or proposed by me organization of Serbian inhabitant’s boycott against the goods from the countries which will have recognized the autonomy independence.
And BushAgents will recognize Kosovo independence some time later.
It is as clear as noonday that ChiefBush have much of money (as a leader of a large wealthy country). That is precisely what he used for funding and bribery of dishonest politics-“businessmen”, PR-specialists, technologists, figures and workers of radio, TV and newspapers, announcers and broadcasters, spies and criminals. Who was the Judas Iscariot of the most high rank? It was number 2 in so-called “Democratic Stranka” (DS; stranka=party), assistant of Zoran Dindic: AgenTadic. Talent artist, “businessman”-liberal, BushAgent, but “can not jump higher than a chief”, as the saying goes…
3. (The third stage. Murder of chief Dindic for leading status in the party.) …
It will be easily understood now that murderers (who killed Zoran Dindic) cleared the way to BushAgenTadic coming power, raised his party rating before elections at the same time and removed obstacle, which prevented the raising the statuses of BushAgents in the party hierarchy, of Judases Iscariots, who had been recruited by KillfulBush. I am sure that Renegades killed Prime-minister Zoran Dindic for political advancement of “Serbian Judases”… And chiefBush’s PR-specialists had made up an excuse a false explanation of the murder for Serbians by artificially organized pseudo-facts (to cheat Serbian democrats)…
4. (The forth stage. Receiving of Serbian Presidentship.) …
And AgenTadic obtained quick promotion. In 2003 DS received 12,58% and became the second “democratic” party (according to the importance) after Kostunica’s DSS (17,72% of votes). But while Kostunica was holding the post of Yugoslavian President or Serbian Prime-minister, AgenTadic achieved (obtained) status of the main democratic candidate and then the President power in Serbia (27th of June 2004, elections)…
5. (The fifth stage. Disintegrating of Yugoslavia for Serbian President chief removing and Kosovo autonomy status raising.) …
SkillfulBush was putting off his plan of Montenegro Separation before the success of this crafty trick (of the Presidentship for AgenTadic). But common Slavonic state President post existence became obstacle for them later on. Hired PR-men were carrying on propaganda between Montenegrins secretly during 2 years after June 2004, preaching good attitude to separating from SaM (Yugoslavia) (which has happened on the 03rd of June 2006)…
6. (The sixth stage. Pre-election swindling for Serbian Parliament occupation.)…
Bushmen were taking under their control Serbian mass media in time secretly. They distorted picture of reality in interest of DS and AgenTadic more and more. (Misinformation, swindle and false political theatre are the means of all swindlers now. Everybody is to know that the canals which called Kostunica as “moderate nationalist” before elections are ones taken by Bushmen. But naive people trust them!) TadicMisinformaters some spoiled reputations (images) of democratic competitors or slandered them before the 2007 elections on the sly. It was done for DS to take possession of a part of their electors votes. AgenTadic diminished. Combined result of DSS, NS and Drazkovic became less by 4,50%, G17plus – by 4,64%. But DS received just by 10,12% more! They intend to steal another (approximately) 15% more now.
(The next 2 sentences were written in June 2009). And it has happened by my words: +15,72%. The result of Tadicmen (DS and ES) was 22,70% on elections at 21st of January 2007 and already 38,42% at 11th of May 2008.
Highly skilled highly paid PR-specialists (that is political, pre-election, reclaim specialists) help ChiefBush and HisAgents at all. They make up speeches, teach them sanctimony (hypocrisy), raise the rating of AgenTadic, work out maneuvers, plans, chimeras! Hired assasspecialists assure Serbians that entry into EU is the solution of all problems and AgenTadic’s block so-called “European Serbia” (DS) only can carry out this dream (why?). On the other hand, European Bushmen turned European politicians against Serbians for Kosovo independence recognizing. Thus, they are preparing together the following knavish explanation of the future recognizing of separatist territory by AgenTadic. Most of Serbian electors vote for block “European Serbia”, hence Serbia (the first person person, President AgenTadic) must recognize Kosovo independence officially like Europeans do. (For this reason the Asian and African states did not recognise independence of Kosovo yet: because ShefBush did not achieve it according to his plan).
Albanian separatists were postponing the official self-declaration of Kosovo independence (according to the ChiefBush’s plan) to help AgenTadic stay power, since his re-election, for the second term (of four years). And as to Kostunica I would remind you that this veritable democrat did not intended to take part in the elections as presidential aspirant while he was holding the post of Prime-minister (in spite of his good perspectives: he won the majority of votes in the first round twice: 50,1% in October 2000 and 57,66% in December 2002). That was playing into AgenTadic’s hands, who was taking everybody (including Kostunica) for a ride.
BushAgents had elaborated and put into practice the following Blitzkrieg in 2008.
A) AgenTadic won the elections of Serbian Presidentship (21st of January + 04th of February).
B) Albanian separatists declarated Kosovo independent (17th of February).
C) Serbian BushAgents were outraged in words, thus Kosovo’s Albanians got encouragement from them. Tadicmen were creating illusion of tireless activity supposedly they were false-opposing separatists. For example, AgenTadic recalled ambassadors from some countries. He made bright speeches as if he was opposing Kosovo independence. In that swindleway BushAgent raised his own level of popularity so high that renegades decided to inscribe his name in appellation of their political block! (to raise the rating of the BushAgents too)
D) Then BushAgents provoked Kostunica perfectly to send in his resignation and to fix new Parliamentary elections.
E) DS (stranka of AgenTadic) joined party G-17plus to own its sphere of influence with the help of fraudulent arguments (reasons): “non-confrontation”, “mutual aid” and “unification”. BushAgents formed new block “European Serbia”, which won the elections at 11th of May 2008 (38,42% of votes).
F) Technologists of renegades prevented Kostunica to set up government coalition on the basis of DSS.
G) AgenTadic and DS made a compromise with SPS (That is the party of Milosevic) (06th of July 2008) and appointed their prime-minister.
All was done very quickly not to give anybody enough time to guess swindle (and to begin to counteract). One man understood only. It’s me. But renegades did not let me to change anything.
By this roguish way BushAndTadic Company have stole the power from legendary Eurodemocrats Dindic and Kostunica who won together socialists (ex-communists) in October 2000. And I would like to return Kostunica to power and ask him to call me as a specialist of pre-election advertising (reclame). (If Nikolic will promise me personally that he will support good variant for Serbia then I will help him too.)

INDIA, PAKISTAN (the first part). Acts of terrorism in Mumbai and other places of these countries. It was organized by the Second Group (with the assistance of the First one certainly). Their aim is to fuel tension between India and Pakistan. What for? They have 2 purposes.
1) The operating management of Pakistan was dissatisfied with actions of Americans (G2) on the north and west of the country. Bushmen have decided to distract attention (negative emotions) of Moslems from American warriors to India and to push the management of Islamabad to search for supports from the US republicans.
2) To replace the management of Pakistan (or India).
I should like to call Pakistanians and Indians to be clever, to yield to no provocation and not to quarrel…
And as to future, it will happened the following. At first, Destruction will hit Pakistan (India too, but less)…
Then, the new antimuslim government of Pakistan will bring the country to social-political catastrophe…
Later on, this catastrophe will lead to still greater catastrophe.

USA, IRAQ (was written: 28th of March, 21st of June). G1 is the Group who planed killing of John Kennedy (and G1 killed him by strange hands)… Renegades are displeasured because of Obama coming into power too. But they are not inactive. G2 began a crafty plan realization since approximately the 20th of February. It was well-counted for dates and looked like such one roughly. (I have attempted to decode and describe their plan here. If renegades will not abandon it, then the 2009 (or another year) may hold in store a startling political performance for us.)
The first variant: the President will be displaced from the post… Some of renegades’ agents are near Obama (are close to Obama) within the last 2-5 years. The President trusts them but they will lead him to trouble situation. G1&G2 will try to drive Barack mad or tired in the course of the first six months of the plan fulfilling. (It is interesting to know: will they succeeded in doing it? ...)
Renegades have made it their aim: to discredit each point of the election campaign program of the democrat’s ex-candidate. For example, Barack said: “We have a chance for changes”. Therefore G2’s secret agents (who play Obama’s friends) will advise the President to putting into practice bad changes only (and to stoping (stopping) favourable ones, for example my proposals for Iraq). Barack promised: “Guantanamo’s prison will be closed”. Therefore G2 will try to organize new acts of terrorism (probably since the moment of the establishment liquidation and before a moment some time later new President Biden’s “anti-terrorist activity”, maybe since December 2009), to show that Obama’s policy is worse than Bush’s one was.
(Somebody has written on my favorite site “arguewitheveryone. com” that America is not a Christian nation. I agree with him because many Americans believe such antichristian swindle misinformation directed against veritable democrat Obama, to my mind).
Sometimes G1&G2 will spoil Obama by different preparations (as Yavlinsky in 2000). At times renegades will urge the democrat (with the help of their agents) on making of different mistakes including Iraq subject, hasty statements, and ugly, rash actions, display of lack of will (ap. 25th of April, ap. 23rd of July). All this will help G2 to provoke breaking-off of important connections and deterioration of interhuman relations between Obama and different groups of people (May, June, July, and August 2009). Renegades need it in order to deprive the President of a powerful backing from many persons and of warm support of his Nation beforehand… Barack was giving consideration for economical problems more than for foreign policy. Therefore renegades will try to convince everybody in the incorrectness of these preferences. They will play many economical dirty tricks on American inhabitants (supposedly from policy) and impute that to the President. (As a last resort G1 will urge Obama to change his mind and G2 will show this as “falsity of this democrat”). G2 will arrange actions of protest against the leader of the country. The new American policy from Barack Obama will be discredited and liquidated successfully. Swindlers will incline many people (judges, politicians, famous and influential persons, public opinion) against Obama’s favour. Some documents will be fabricated within the 7th of July 2009 and his extraction (birth) will hit the President’s status. Renegades will make troubles for him in connection with carrying out of public arrangements (ap. 4th of August); they will provoke a negative change of public opinion with regard to different people about the President (ap. 8th of August). But it is hardly probable that Obama will be compelled to leave his post by means of G2’s swindle under his own statement (like Nixon, for example). G2 will consider this beforehand; they will pave the way for an impeachment like for Bill Clinton. A suit will be brought into action and State organization will question the status of the democratic President (ap. 24th of August). The opposition of Barack Obama and “machinery of State” will be dragging on for all autumn 2009 long. “Justice” will pronounce judgement on occasion of the President’s status unfavourable for the democrat (ap. 7th of October). There will be an appeal against the court’s decision. Maybe, Obama will try to influence justice in a burst of passion and with very good aspirations (ap. 12th of October). Part of democrats will open a propagandistic campaign in defence of their party representative. Preferences (or public opinion) will swing a little to positive side (ap. The first half of November). Obama will have not so good conditions, consequenced by tiredness or incapability impotence, (ap. 12th of November). Situation will change for the worse again (ap. 21-25th of November) And machinery of State (including “justice”) will bring to an end the Presidentship of Obama (ap. 30th of November).
If ex-President will attempt to return to affairs in social establishments (ap. 7th of December), then his fate will be marked by grave uncertainty (ap. 19 of December). There will be a next stage of opposition behind the scenes or open (public) struggle (ap. 18th of January or 11th of February, 2010). Later on, state departments will deprive Obama of hope for social perspective of his status (ap. 4 of March 2010). Suddenly his false-friends will be not compromised to him. That will spread his illusions at last (ap. 18th of March 2010). Americans will begin to see clearly with respect to Obama not long after (at the middle of the 2010 but it will be too late). (This paragraph was marked 26th of April 2009, 15:30, Kursk time.)
Murder is the second variant. The President can be killed at any opportunity from December 2009. It can look as a natural death or an accident or a suicide. Joe Biden may become the new President when Bush's people will open all roads to him (for example, by assassination of Barack, remove Obama or kill him). They can do that (like with Kennedy and with Dindic in Serbia) because Biden is more advantageous for them than Obama. It is not a joke: Obama can die, or be killed. That could happen long ago in February and March 2009. But it was the first period only. (He is alive now fortunately, but it is not a happy end yet). Its using would economize approximately 80 billion of dollars for taxpayers and economy. I have offered both Bush and Obama to use it. Putinmen have meaningly laid down the aim to themselves and they will not refuse it. They wish Russian real economy not to grow till the certain moment. by means of "fixing of ruble to 45%euro + 55%dollar" in 1999-2008 with Putin's inflation (as corollary),
shady dealings “in the style of nationalization”,
Medvedev’s inflation under the budgetary plan which was founded on a constant rise in prices on oil and
devaluation of ruble (concerning E (euro), the only hand currency now).
Putinmen ignore the imperial factor (the factor of economic appeal), they interfere with economic growth of Russia. Thereby KGBists provoke the CIS countries to turn away in the future in different degree from Russia and to turn the aspirations into other parties, first of all – into renegade ones (especially three of them in the central Asia). Moreover! They actually put conditions for disorders and political crisis … in nuclear power! FSBmen threatened me not once with putting into prison or beating (by strange hands certainly). And so, all that I write – all is trough.

Thus, KGBists are unrealistic, they overestimate the importance of PR and being power, underestimate the factor of material reality and empirical one, bring down the level of economical attractiveness of Russia for the states of SNG (ISC, CIS). By this way Putinmen urge on neigh-bour countries to wrong anti-liberal political changes and provoke communist (and nationalist) public mood to come within Russian Federation. They are on the wrong track and preparing (really) a new big political-economical crisis (in the nuclear power!) like communists. The Putin-Marcos adventurous technocratic policy against own people for the sake of underground gain and illusive political aims will end with crash. Lenin’s mausoleum on the red square will become a school of Communists, but not for long… A general will remove a communist… Occupation of Primorsky (Vladivostok’s) Territory…
Yavlinsky and his democratic party “Yabloko” is able to turn Russia to the right track, but electors do not vote for them because democrats make gross errors in advertising (reclame) constantly. They trust:
A) naive and unpractical people now who have not good experience of (from) business undertaking,
B) thieves like Igrunov and somebody’s agents,
C) clumsy specialists,
D) unreliable people of no principles
and so on (look examples in Russian text). There is no wonder in the fact that the level of popularity of “Yabloko” was falling down.
Maybe you (or your friends) are in touch with yablokomen sometimes. Perhaps you can inform them all information of this page and my opinion written in Russian (Yavlinsky and Ivanenko personally) that just me is who would able to promote the party? (I am in real earnest: I am an intellectual, a practical worker, have got good results on local elections and 12-years experience, steady supporter of “Yabloko”, man of principle, … – practically all my indices are on a high level).
Gurov (the second leader of Kursk “Yabloko”) and I – we have agreed with him that I need to meet the party leaders Yavlinsky and Ivanenko personally. But this my information have not gotten into their ears for the concrete reasons. Please, tell them that a man from Kursk (“Europeanintellectual”) can change the work of their stuff for better and raise the rating (popularity) of the party to a much higher level now (from 1,5% to 10-20%, that is to raise it from the ruins).

I do not know precisely, but maybe the 4th piece will be broken away from Bulgaria (7-22%). Political disaster in Turkey. Ano F will wake up (in Mongolia). Canada will be disintegrated… Sri Lanka will lose north territory populated by Tamils. Tigers will not be happy for long time.

AgenTadic will recognize Kosovo independence from Serbia officially when Bushmen will have removed Obama. It is the last step also, which ChiefBush (G2 too) achieved from Serbians. All states with a population more than 10 million persons will be disintegrated by G1 into some parts within 1.700 years. The number of independent territories will increase to the number 667 (666 + India) approximately before 3039. The technology is one and the same: at first G1 leads by a bad leader (or by a bad system) to the power of a country, at second G1 shows this country as if bad, and then make its territory shorter or break it down. There are three powerful international political Groups now. And the First one (G1) is more powerful in 10 times, than all other forces taken together. It is very ancient Group and it will not disappear like another two. Members of this Group do not appear anywhere. They never show their faces. Nobody have seen them and heard them. They are deep conspired and operate other groups. They are not masons. They possess such technologies which mankind has not known yet. For example, nanotechnologies. Another example: they are capable to influence people on distance (for example politics, businessmen, rich people or other). (This influence cause bad consequences: headache and absent-mindedness appear and grow progressively worse; imbecility, dotage or schizophrenia are developing more quick than a rule; almost nobody can relieve a person or a child off their influence). It may seem fantastic to you but all this is really as a matter of fact and it is founded on laws of physics, chemistry, biology and other exact sciences (like available of ghosts, globe-lightings and other paranormal occurrences which are incomprehensible for us for the present). We can not understand the nature of such influences now because mankind is underdeveloped backward civilization in comparison with G1 standard of knowledge. That is like people of the 15th+16th centuries were fools in comparison with us. (This intellectually backward society did not realize its foolishness, did not understand scientists and sagacious persons of that time, considered them madmen and heretics and burnt them by bonfires). Now World Backstageness urge on eastern European’s public mood to get confused and to confound senses of words (slightest ideas). (And have Poles saved Russians from fascists? No. And have Poles saved Russians from Communism? No.) Besides that, Russians were suffering from Communism more than other people and are suffering from this renegades’ regime consequences up to now. (There was a soft version of communism in other European countries). In addition, it is known that Communism was invented by Germans, financed by German Kayser, implanted to Russia by Jews and Georgians, Russians were depended people only: there were two rulers only in Russian Empire, USSR and RSFSR (that was Russian Republic) who were Russians (they were Gorbachov and Eltsin)). And vice versa: World Backstageness urge Russians on Polish people.
George Bush, John McCain, Robert Gates are members of the Second Group. G2 represents the interests of Israel, part of Americans, part of Japanese, Albanians, part of Afghans. The main aims of “secondmen” now are to come back to power in the USA and to preserve chances for returning the troops back to Iraq in future to encircle Iran from two sides. And they try to create conditions for that. For example, the “secondmen” have organized the acceptance of a point; USA will reserve of a part of troops in Iraq under the point as if (like) in my plan. (It was my idea, temporary measure for insurance against destabilization. But “secondmen” want to use it for another aim). If my “old plan for Iraq” will not be realized, then Americans will stay there for more long time.
The following information was classified before the time when I have disclosed it. I have calculated it with a split-hair accuracy even in the spring 2008. The First Group (G1) intended to put through their plan concerning the elections in the USA. John McCain was the Bush's protege. He was to become the candidate from republicans. And he became. Hillary Clinton was to become the candidate from democrats (not Barack Obama!). She was to receive more votes, than the candidate from republicans on elections at the autumn 2008. But McCain was to become the new president as a result of some swindle. I recollected the swindle of 2000 in Florida and assumed that it should happen somehow in another way this time (and I wrote about that on my favorite site "arguewitheveryone. com"). But something had changed, and not once, but twice. At first – Obama was appointed to the post of the candidate from democrats, instead of Clinton. But I (I am Europeanintellectual, NewNostradamus) remembered Michel Nostradamus's words that we may soften only consequences of those or other events, but we can not cancel these events. And so I have drawn a logically correct conclusion that all the First Group will make McCain a new president all the same. I do not trust in astrology and I do not calculate any event of the future with its help. But sometimes I check my prophecies by means of this science. I have opened my copy-book with the astrological information in November and have found out that McCain could be chosen during the period approximately from the 4th, till to the 8th of January, 2009. (The 6th of January was the greatest probability). And Obama could become a looser according to astrology approximately on the 13th of January, 2009. But I did not know at that time yet about the following features of the American elections. Electors should vote on the 15th of December, according to the selective legislation, and the parliament will bring the results of the elections… just on the 6th of January!!! … (Startling news! Isn’t it?) … I have been simply dumbfounded, when I have learnt about this! It was the second exact indicator that McCain will win. Later I have found out some roguish messages in the different sources whose purpose was to discredit Obama by means of swindle. For example, some themes on my loved site of forums (arguewitheveryone. com). It was the third indicator. It happens seldom that there are so many of indicators (usually there are two only). And I have decided to use this discovery of mine for business (in the capacity of a reliable (exact) demonstration of my oracular abilities). I have printed the prophecy and have offered businessmen and rich people to address me for the help. (I can help them to rescue their businesses or their assets from some historical dangers). I have dispatched some messages through the Internet to different accidental addresses (from 50,000 to 200,000 in number). I wrote 2 forums, on my internet sites, to ICQ-addresses and electronic mail boxes, basically – Google mail (gmail.com). Strange things began to happen. Hackers have changed five figures of my code number. Somebody has closed both of my sites. Somebody has grasped one of my electronic boxes and changed passwords. Somebody prevented me from working in internet by every possible means. At first, the most simple (easy) way was used: internet (or ICQ) became disconnected, and not once. Then, suddenly, very many harmful programs have appeared (viruses). Then, something have prevented me from registration at forums (there were faults at the end of every attempt) (at ICQ too). Then, I suppose, invisible program appeared and was creating an illusion of my working in ICQ (for example, I saw my sent lines, but my interlocutor did not see it at the same moment! And in conclusion, the peak of G1 technologies perfection have appeared. Invisible program created an illusion of my working in internet at every forum and at some chats! (this became clear some time later. That is the following. I was sitting, typing, and considering that I am working in internet. But the fact is all this was on the screens of the computers which I was sitting at. The Third Group (which is the ally of the Second one) has shown a very big displeasure because of my dispatches. (It was the fourth indicator on this theme). All this was the acknowledgement of the assumption that McCain will win, or that somebody (some group) makes efforts for the coming power of McCain, for his presidentship.
But something unforeseen had happened that has changed our history the second time for 12 years. The First Group has cancelled the plan of McCain appointment to presidentship! … I did not expect it in any way. It should not happen! (So good business was liquidated!) It is logical to assume the following. My dispatches have warned somebody about the plan of the First Group, and this has prevented from the putting their plan in action. THEIR PLANS WERE CANCELED BECAUSE I HAD TOLD MANY PEOPLE ABOUT THEM!?! And it means that Michel Nostradamus, lived in the 16th century (not me), was mistaken! History can be changed, an event can be cancelled, but if you know only, how it can be done. Now I also will be engaged in it. I WILL CHANGE THE HISTORY NOW !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! (You and I - we have a chance for changes together, a great chance!) Now I will list the most negative events from the future. I would like most of them to be cancelled. All of them are planned by the First Group. So, G1 has the following PLANS.

I did not define this exactly), Portugal, Albania (Kosovo), Czechia, Quebec, Armenia, Kazakhstan, Turkey, Azerbaijan, many Arabian states and others.
DESTROYMENT by the PLAN of G1. The following countries will be destroyed at various times: Iraq, Syria, Denmark, Lithuania (Litva again! Pity Lithuanians!), Venezuela, Brazil, Sweden, Poland (in two stages, Lodz will become a new capital, then there will be a small part of the territory of this country only), Russia (simultaneously with Poland, in two steps too, there will be a small part of the territory of the country, Lipetsk will become a new capital), others. Many Polish people, Ukrainians, Russians, Kazakhs, Chineses will be killed. There will be an attack to Iran. Warsaw, Belgrade (Beograd) will be destroyed. Territorial losses at Iran. Atlantic basin (4). Mongolia (2). T (2). The new capital of Italy around Naples will be destroyed. There will be wars with application of the nuclear weapon.

SERBIA, KOSOVO. (This is the first part, which was written at the beginning of May, 2008.)
Secret zigzags of a modern policy and how they concern to Serbia…
1. (The first stage. Planning.) …
ChiefBush tramples down the earths of Muslim (Moslem) states for the sake of Israel safety. But his affairs go not so excellent. He needs a support (or an approval) of a considerable quantity of Moslems and «positive examples» of his activity. Therefore ArtfulBush has already planned (for a long time) to stabilize the position in Muslim Somalia and to make Albanian Kosovo independent for the deserving of a good arrangement of the Near-Eastern people. It was a cunningly invented idea, wasn’t it? The first idea has failed. And now the 6-year-old well-counted ChiefBush’s plan «The Independence of Kosovo» comes to its end. What it consists in? It is necessary to constrain a patriotic feeling of Serbians for successful LongHandsBush branch of Kosovo. Who can help ChiefBush to do it? Yugoslavian people of high rank only! (Explanation: Kosovo was a part of Serbia, and Serbia was the part of Yugoslavia) …
2. (The second stage. Recruitment of BushAgents.) …
Therefore SkilfulBush has made up his mind to bring his proteges to Yugoslavian (Serbian) power. They will not undertake any effective measures against Kosovo independence recognition in contrast of Kostunica (like for an example:
a) cease the cooperation with EU for a time;
b) or automatic adequate recognition of some of the separatists-friendly countries own territories independence, geographic-separative provinces, religious or national minority, administrative units or occupied lands for many years ago;
c) or proposed by me organization of Serbian inhabitant’s boycott against the goods from the countries which will have recognized the autonomy independence.
And BushAgents will recognize Kosovo independence some time later.
It is as clear as noonday that ChiefBush have much of money (as a leader of a large wealthy country). That is precisely what he used for funding and bribery of dishonest politics-“businessmen”, PR-specialists, technologists, figures and workers of radio, TV and newspapers, announcers and broadcasters, spies and criminals. Who was the Judas Iscariot of the most high rank? It was number 2 in so-called “Democratic Stranka” (DS; stranka=party), assistant of Zoran Dindic: AgenTadic. Talent artist, “businessman”-liberal, BushAgent, but “can not jump higher than a chief”, as the saying goes…
3. (The third stage. Murder of chief Dindic for leading status in the party.) …
It will be easily understood now that murderers (who killed Zoran Dindic) cleared the way to BushAgenTadic coming power, raised his party rating before elections at the same time and removed obstacle, which prevented the raising the statuses of BushAgents in the party hierarchy, of Judases Iscariots, who had been recruited by KillfulBush. I am sure that Renegades killed Prime-minister Zoran Dindic for political advancement of “Serbian Judases”… And chiefBush’s PR-specialists had made up an excuse a false explanation of the murder for Serbians by artificially organized pseudo-facts (to cheat Serbian democrats)…
4. (The forth stage. Receiving of Serbian Presidentship.) …
And AgenTadic obtained quick promotion. In 2003 DS received 12,58% and became the second “democratic” party (according to the importance) after Kostunica’s DSS (17,72% of votes). But while Kostunica was holding the post of Yugoslavian President or Serbian Prime-minister, AgenTadic achieved (obtained) status of the main democratic candidate and then the President power in Serbia (27th of June 2004, elections)…
5. (The fifth stage. Disintegrating of Yugoslavia for Serbian President chief removing and Kosovo autonomy status raising.) …
SkillfulBush was putting off his plan of Montenegro Separation before the success of this crafty trick (of the Presidentship for AgenTadic). But common Slavonic state President post existence became obstacle for them later on. Hired PR-men were carrying on propaganda between Montenegrins secretly during 2 years after June 2004, preaching good attitude to separating from SaM (Yugoslavia) (which has happened on the 03rd of June 2006)…
6. (The sixth stage. Pre-election swindling for Serbian Parliament occupation.)…
Bushmen were taking under their control Serbian mass media in time secretly. They distorted picture of reality in interest of DS and AgenTadic more and more. (Misinformation, swindle and false political theatre are the means of all swindlers now. Everybody is to know that the canals which called Kostunica as “moderate nationalist” before elections are ones taken by Bushmen. But naive people trust them!) TadicMisinformaters some spoiled reputations (images) of democratic competitors or slandered them before the 2007 elections on the sly. It was done for DS to take possession of a part of their electors votes. AgenTadic diminished. Combined result of DSS, NS and Drazkovic became less by 4,50%, G17plus – by 4,64%. But DS received just by 10,12% more! They intend to steal another (approximately) 15% more now.
(The next 2 sentences were written in June 2009). And it has happened by my words: +15,72%. The result of Tadicmen (DS and ES) was 22,70% on elections at 21st of January 2007 and already 38,42% at 11th of May 2008.
Highly skilled highly paid PR-specialists (that is political, pre-election, reclaim specialists) help ChiefBush and HisAgents at all. They make up speeches, teach them sanctimony (hypocrisy), raise the rating of AgenTadic, work out maneuvers, plans, chimeras! Hired assasspecialists assure Serbians that entry into EU is the solution of all problems and AgenTadic’s block so-called “European Serbia” (DS) only can carry out this dream (why?). On the other hand, European Bushmen turned European politicians against Serbians for Kosovo independence recognizing. Thus, they are preparing together the following knavish explanation of the future recognizing of separatist territory by AgenTadic. Most of Serbian electors vote for block “European Serbia”, hence Serbia (the first person person, President AgenTadic) must recognize Kosovo independence officially like Europeans do. (For this reason the Asian and African states did not recognise independence of Kosovo yet: because ShefBush did not achieve it according to his plan).
Albanian separatists were postponing the official self-declaration of Kosovo independence (according to the ChiefBush’s plan) to help AgenTadic stay power, since his re-election, for the second term (of four years). And as to Kostunica I would remind you that this veritable democrat did not intended to take part in the elections as presidential aspirant while he was holding the post of Prime-minister (in spite of his good perspectives: he won the majority of votes in the first round twice: 50,1% in October 2000 and 57,66% in December 2002). That was playing into AgenTadic’s hands, who was taking everybody (including Kostunica) for a ride.
BushAgents had elaborated and put into practice the following Blitzkrieg in 2008.
A) AgenTadic won the elections of Serbian Presidentship (21st of January + 04th of February).
B) Albanian separatists declarated Kosovo independent (17th of February).
C) Serbian BushAgents were outraged in words, thus Kosovo’s Albanians got encouragement from them. Tadicmen were creating illusion of tireless activity supposedly they were false-opposing separatists. For example, AgenTadic recalled ambassadors from some countries. He made bright speeches as if he was opposing Kosovo independence. In that swindleway BushAgent raised his own level of popularity so high that renegades decided to inscribe his name in appellation of their political block! (to raise the rating of the BushAgents too)
D) Then BushAgents provoked Kostunica perfectly to send in his resignation and to fix new Parliamentary elections.
E) DS (stranka of AgenTadic) joined party G-17plus to own its sphere of influence with the help of fraudulent arguments (reasons): “non-confrontation”, “mutual aid” and “unification”. BushAgents formed new block “European Serbia”, which won the elections at 11th of May 2008 (38,42% of votes).
F) Technologists of renegades prevented Kostunica to set up government coalition on the basis of DSS.
G) AgenTadic and DS made a compromise with SPS (That is the party of Milosevic) (06th of July 2008) and appointed their prime-minister.
All was done very quickly not to give anybody enough time to guess swindle (and to begin to counteract). One man understood only. It’s me. But renegades did not let me to change anything.
By this roguish way BushAndTadic Company have stole the power from legendary Eurodemocrats Dindic and Kostunica who won together socialists (ex-communists) in October 2000. And I would like to return Kostunica to power and ask him to call me as a specialist of pre-election advertising (reclame). (If Nikolic will promise me personally that he will support good variant for Serbia then I will help him too.)

INDIA, PAKISTAN (the first part). Acts of terrorism in Mumbai and other places of these countries. It was organized by the Second Group (with the assistance of the First one certainly). Their aim is to fuel tension between India and Pakistan. What for? They have 2 purposes.
1) The operating management of Pakistan was dissatisfied with actions of Americans (G2) on the north and west of the country. Bushmen have decided to distract attention (negative emotions) of Moslems from American warriors to India and to push the management of Islamabad to search for supports from the US republicans.
2) To replace the management of Pakistan (or India).
I should like to call Pakistanians and Indians to be clever, to yield to no provocation and not to quarrel…
And as to future, it will happened the following. At first, Destruction will hit Pakistan (India too, but less)…
Then, the new antimuslim government of Pakistan will bring the country to social-political catastrophe…
Later on, this catastrophe will lead to still greater catastrophe.

USA, IRAQ (was written: 28th of March, 21st of June). G1 is the Group who planed killing of John Kennedy (and G1 killed him by strange hands)… Renegades are displeasured because of Obama coming into power too. But they are not inactive. G2 began a crafty plan realization since approximately the 20th of February. It was well-counted for dates and looked like such one roughly. (I have attempted to decode and describe their plan here. If renegades will not abandon it, then the 2009 (or another year) may hold in store a startling political performance for us.)
The first variant: the President will be displaced from the post… Some of renegades’ agents are near Obama (are close to Obama) within the last 2-5 years. The President trusts them but they will lead him to trouble situation. G1&G2 will try to drive Barack mad or tired in the course of the first six months of the plan fulfilling. (It is interesting to know: will they succeeded in doing it? ...)
Renegades have made it their aim: to discredit each point of the election campaign program of the democrat’s ex-candidate. For example, Barack said: “We have a chance for changes”. Therefore G2’s secret agents (who play Obama’s friends) will advise the President to putting into practice bad changes only (and to stoping (stopping) favourable ones, for example my proposals for Iraq). Barack promised: “Guantanamo’s prison will be closed”. Therefore G2 will try to organize new acts of terrorism (probably since the moment of the establishment liquidation and before a moment some time later new President Biden’s “anti-terrorist activity”, maybe since December 2009), to show that Obama’s policy is worse than Bush’s one was.
(Somebody has written on my favorite site “arguewitheveryone. com” that America is not a Christian nation. I agree with him because many Americans believe such antichristian swindle misinformation directed against veritable democrat Obama, to my mind).
Sometimes G1&G2 will spoil Obama by different preparations (as Yavlinsky in 2000). At times renegades will urge the democrat (with the help of their agents) on making of different mistakes including Iraq subject, hasty statements, and ugly, rash actions, display of lack of will (ap. 25th of April, ap. 23rd of July). All this will help G2 to provoke breaking-off of important connections and deterioration of interhuman relations between Obama and different groups of people (May, June, July, and August 2009). Renegades need it in order to deprive the President of a powerful backing from many persons and of warm support of his Nation beforehand… Barack was giving consideration for economical problems more than for foreign policy. Therefore renegades will try to convince everybody in the incorrectness of these preferences. They will play many economical dirty tricks on American inhabitants (supposedly from policy) and impute that to the President. (As a last resort G1 will urge Obama to change his mind and G2 will show this as “falsity of this democrat”). G2 will arrange actions of protest against the leader of the country. The new American policy from Barack Obama will be discredited and liquidated successfully. Swindlers will incline many people (judges, politicians, famous and influential persons, public opinion) against Obama’s favour. Some documents will be fabricated within the 7th of July 2009 and his extraction (birth) will hit the President’s status. Renegades will make troubles for him in connection with carrying out of public arrangements (ap. 4th of August); they will provoke a negative change of public opinion with regard to different people about the President (ap. 8th of August). But it is hardly probable that Obama will be compelled to leave his post by means of G2’s swindle under his own statement (like Nixon, for example). G2 will consider this beforehand; they will pave the way for an impeachment like for Bill Clinton. A suit will be brought into action and State organization will question the status of the democratic President (ap. 24th of August). The opposition of Barack Obama and “machinery of State” will be dragging on for all autumn 2009 long. “Justice” will pronounce judgement on occasion of the President’s status unfavourable for the democrat (ap. 7th of October). There will be an appeal against the court’s decision. Maybe, Obama will try to influence justice in a burst of passion and with very good aspirations (ap. 12th of October). Part of democrats will open a propagandistic campaign in defence of their party representative. Preferences (or public opinion) will swing a little to positive side (ap. The first half of November). Obama will have not so good conditions, consequenced by tiredness or incapability impotence, (ap. 12th of November). Situation will change for the worse again (ap. 21-25th of November) And machinery of State (including “justice”) will bring to an end the Presidentship of Obama (ap. 30th of November).
If ex-President will attempt to return to affairs in social establishments (ap. 7th of December), then his fate will be marked by grave uncertainty (ap. 19 of December). There will be a next stage of opposition behind the scenes or open (public) struggle (ap. 18th of January or 11th of February, 2010). Later on, state departments will deprive Obama of hope for social perspective of his status (ap. 4 of March 2010). Suddenly his false-friends will be not compromised to him. That will spread his illusions at last (ap. 18th of March 2010). Americans will begin to see clearly with respect to Obama not long after (at the middle of the 2010 but it will be too late). (This paragraph was marked 26th of April 2009, 15:30, Kursk time.)
Murder is the second variant. The President can be killed at any opportunity from December 2009. It can look as a natural death or an accident or a suicide. Joe Biden may become the new President when Bush's people will open all roads to him (for example, by assassination of Barack, remove Obama or kill him). They can do that (like with Kennedy and with Dindic in Serbia) because Biden is more advantageous for them than Obama. It is not a joke: Obama can die, or be killed. That could happen long ago in February and March 2009. But it was the first period only. (He is alive now fortunately, but it is not a happy end yet). Murder will be especially probable from December 2009, for example at winter 2009-2010. (That is at the time when it will be clear that the plan of Obama removal in 2009 will have been cancelled.) And if these plans will be cancelled too, as a last resort Renegades will compel Obama to replace his policy, in particular – to adopt some Bush’s ideas, to continue the war in Iraq or to make the situation in this country to the worse. For example because of decision to use not clever variant of troops evacuation and war end! (It is the task of G1 and the aim of G2). A swindle should take place in any case. It is very interesting to know that 2 points of my 2,5-year-old plan were used exactly in the present plan of American Government for Iraq. (One of these parts was published by me in 2008). But Washington authors plan did not approach my one in positive affect for all that. Moreover: their plan can not lead to settled order and will not have a success.) Probably matters will take such a turn. The Age of 200-years-old American Democracy come to the end. Obama will turn out the last veritable democratic leader. The man who will be appointed “new President” – he will turn out new protégé of G2… The USA will become a country of G2 finally. Swindlecracy will come to replace democracy. Forever. There are two good ways to keep off such a volte-face… (I don’t write them)… Americans will leave Iraq. G1 will going to arrange anarchy and chaos there. Iraq will lose their independence definitely forever a little time later. All this may become a part of preparations or (the contrary) a consequence for new elections: G2 will lay down the foundations for false-compromising (pseudo-compromising) materials against Obama and make latently ready favourable conditions for victory of their candidate.
(I have invented another plan, my own peacemaking plan for Iraq war and problems end. It is very talent and acceptable practically for everybody. Its using would economize approximately 80 billion of dollars for taxpayers and economy. I have offered both Bush and Obama to use it. But G1 is not interested in my variant and makes all efforts to prevent it. (G2 now too: the Secondmen don’t know that my plan is acceptable for them too, therefore G2 and G3 are against my plan too. That’s why Bush did not reply me for my offers during 2 years. Besides, he relied on his own plan only in vain and it looks as if it has almost failed. But if republicans used my plan for Iraq at the right time, then they would have achieved gain attain their object and his desire to put troubles in the way for our brotherly Slavonic people on Balkans would be passed…) There is no reply from Barack Obama for the present too, because the Second Group wishes my proposals not to reach President personally and not to be accepted. I suppose that there are some secret agents of ChiefBush near Obama who are intercepting or discrediting my proposals. Therefore maybe just you have a great chance! Please, tell Obama personally some words about my proposals, certainly should an opportunity arise, if you (or your friend informed by you) will have a chance to ask him a question in direct drive or meet him suddenly when he will be in your state, because maybe every other possible means will be bared purposely. Thus you will help both taxpayers, justice, peace, me and him (and yourself, because I will pay 10% of my own profit for assistance). It is not worth to mention (refer to) my second name: he will misunderstand it.
Tell him, please, if you will have such possibility (opportunity): “Europeanintellectual from Kursk has invented another plan for Iraq, much better than the present one which was approved and accepted by you. His plan will economize 80 (eighty) billion of dollars for taxpayers and your economy. His plan can do that. But he can not inform you and achieve your attention. He suppose that there are some secret agents of Bushh near Obama who are intercepting or discrediting him and his proposals.”
(And I am sure to say that if the President will apply to me as to an high-intellectual inventor for help at any moment, then just me is who will be able to aid him better than anybody else. I know that my words are fantastic, impudent and crazy, but believe me: I have every reason to say that.))

Putinmen have meaningly laid down the aim to themselves and they will not refuse it. They wish Russian real economy not to grow till the certain moment. They wish the standard of living of citizens not to raise. (Look *.) During 9 years, KGBists plundered the population for their aims sake
by unjust lows,
unjust fines,
rising of knavely-founded requisitions,
bureaucracy (especially for businessmen),
by means of "fixing of ruble to 45%euro + 55%dollar" in 1999-2008 with Putin's inflation (as corollary),
shady dealings “in the style of nationalization”,
Medvedev’s inflation under the budgetary plan which was founded on a constant rise in prices on oil and
devaluation of ruble (concerning E (euro), the only hand currency now).
Putinmen ignore the imperial factor (the factor of economic appeal), they interfere with economic growth of Russia. Thereby KGBists provoke the CIS countries to turn away in the future in different degree from Russia and to turn the aspirations into other parties, first of all – into renegade ones (especially three of them in the central Asia). Moreover! They actually put conditions for disorders and political crisis … in nuclear power! FSBmen threatened me not once with putting into prison or beating (by strange hands certainly). And so, all that I write – all is trough.

Yavlinsky and his democratic party “Yabloko” is able to turn Russia to the right track, but electors do not vote for them because democrats make gross errors in advertising (reclame) constantly. They trust:
A) naive and unpractical people now who have not good experience of (from) business undertaking,
B) thieves like Igrunov and somebody’s agents,
C) clumsy specialists,
D) unreliable people of no principles
and so on (look examples in Russian text). There is no wonder in the fact that the level of popularity of “Yabloko” was falling down.
Maybe you (or your friends) are in touch with yablokomen sometimes. Perhaps you can inform them all information of this page and my opinion written in Russian (Yavlinsky and Ivanenko personally) that just me is who would able to promote the party? (I am in real earnest: I am an intellectual, a practical worker, have got good results on local elections and 12-years experience, steady supporter of “Yabloko”, man of principle, … – practically all my indices are on a high level).
Gurov (the second leader of Kursk “Yabloko”) and I – we have agreed with him that I need to meet the party leaders Yavlinsky and Ivanenko personally. But this my information have not gotten into their ears for the concrete reasons. Please, tell them that a man from Kursk (“Europeanintellectual”) can change the work of their stuff for better and raise the rating (popularity) of the party to a much higher level now (from 1,5% to 10-20%, that is to raise it from the ruins).

All states with a population more than 10 million persons will be disintegrated by G1 into some parts within 1.700 years. The number of independent territories will increase to the number 667 (666 + India) approximately before 3039.
