Potemkin nailed it with workplace alienation. Working at a job where you have no feeling of using your skills or accomplishing anything other than pleasing someone who could hurt you if he wanted to.

The whole concept of "laziness" comes from being someone else's slave.

Anyone who pretends to enjoy doing meaningless and repetitive tasks for people who don't rally care about them... are actually the sick ones. Or they're lying.

Or they're sick and don't realize they're lying.
