The Free Republican Party - Freedom, Strength, Liberty.

Breaking News: It is looking that a unity might be made with the Free Republicans and the members of the Liberty Caucus. Details are still being worked out.

Political Stances:

Constitutional Republicans. We are for a written Constitution which applies to everybody as a Democracy without a Constitution would just be mob rule. We are an alliance of Nationalist Libertarians, Conservatives, and Libertarians working together to try to combat the growing Far-Left, Socialism, and Authoritarianism. Our party welcomes Modern Whigs, Center-Rightists, and even Centrists that want to help us keep the Politics Forum free and out of the reach of terrorist Leftists.

Economic Issues:

Fiscal Stances - The Free Republican Party is heavily focused on balancing the budget and most members are Fiscal Conservatives.

Education - We believe that education should be funded locally. Some of us believe in a Public education system, and some of us don't, but parents can decide whether or not go public or private. We do not believe in the Federal Reserve.

Monopolies - We believe that a monopoly cannot be formed with any business and that we should prevent these monopolies by giving them competition from other businesses.

Trade - We believe in Free Trade and we are against Protectionism.

Government Size - We do believe in a Small Government.

Minimum Wage – Local government can decide on minimum wage (if any).

Welfare – Welfare must be reformed and the number one thing welfare should be focused on is to get people back in the working force.

Taxes – Favors letting the first $15,000 made a person to go untaxed. Favors a flat tax rate. We are for around 15-25% of a person's income being paid in taxes.

Nationalization – No nationalization or government monopolies on business.

Economic School - Ranging from Classical to Neo-Classical economics and other free-market economic schools.

Social Policy:

Marriage – Local government can decide on what the definition of marriage is.

Abortion – Local government can decide on the legality and terms of abortion.

Prostitution – Local government can decide on the legality and taxation of prostitution.

Religion - Supports the separation of church and state. There shall be no establishment or disestablishment of religion by the Parliament. There cannot be any religious and anti-religious laws.

Affirmative Action – Against affirmative action.

Narcotics – Local government can decide the legality of marijuana and other soft drugs. The big three (Crack, Meth, Heroin) is illegal.

Alcohol & Tobacco - Local government can decide on the ages (if any) for purchasing these products and how much they want to tax these products.

Gambling – Local government can decide whether or not or how much they want to tax gambling.

Gun Ownership – Local government will decide on their regulations for owning a gun just like they would with anything else.

National Service - No laws will be made that would infringe on the rights of a citizen by sending them into the military without their consent.

Foreign Policy:

We support more non-interventionism unless it's for backing up our allies. We believe in a strong foreign policy and we believe that a country does not and will not take shit for any other country. We believe in a strong National Defense and help for our soldiers that are struggling with depression and other problems.

We want to create a good coalition filled with Right-Winged, Center-Right, and maybe even Centrist parties to combat Far-Leftism and Socialism. Post here if you would like to join this party. We need a logo, we need to get more members, and we will welcome members from other parties. We support Neo-Libertarianism, Nationalist Libertarianism, and Pragmatic Conservatism.

Do we really need this party when we have the CA?

Sephardi, perhaps you might be at home in the Liberty Caucus? In fact, that's the original party I had you pegged in. In fact, since the Liberty Caucus is unorganised, perhaps you could spearhead it. Make of that what you will.

I will focus on trying to bring together Pragmatic Conservatives and Libertarians. The LC is out of order so that's why I'm trying to attract their members here.

I think this Party should assimilate with the Conservative Alliance.

My goal is to be a future MP. If Dan wants me to assimilate with his party, it's up to him, everybody has a price.

Greetings. I would like to join your political party. Naturally a man of my talents will need a high ranking position of authority.

CC, you should join the Liberty Caucus. It's the libertarian party, and it also happens to be run by Liberty the user, whom you are ideologically similar to.

Liberty might join my Party. The LC is dead.

Once I get answers from everybody who I've asked to join, I'll make the list of members, and CC will be given a high position.

What a pity, Liberty's policy proposals were much more detailed than yours.

We will make more "detailed" policies once I get everything in order. I can't just write whatever the hell I want. I need members opinions over economic, social, and other political matters.

If Liberty keeps his party open, you'll still see the LC, my party and the Conservatives in an alliance once the polls are closed.

Congrats Lightman, and yes it would probably seem a bit anti-climatic.

Nothing at all resembling my 10,000th post. :p

And congrats Lightman. You should make a thread to commemorate this momentous occasion.

I'm getting a good base of members and will be updating my list shortly. I invite all former Liberty Caucus members to join my party.

Freedom, Strength, Liberty.

I was not aware that Liberty had started a political party. I would like to withdraw my offer, if this is within proper parliamentary procedure.
