"When do you ask yourself, 'Maybe everyone else isn't wrong for using the definitions of words; maybe I'm wrong for making up new definitions of words and then using them as crude slurs' -TiG
In order to make the sim have a little more integrity, it is possible to lay some modding rules down for me (and any other OT mods that happen along if they want to mess with it) to follow in order to smooth the sim a little.
I propose something like this:
"When you post a new topic, place a label along with it in parenthesis like this:
(PLO) = Party Leaders Only. (All other posts deleted)
In the above instance, since the RF has no official leader, one of them should be choosen as the party representative, IMO. It's all up to you guys but this seems most equitable.
To indicate who can post in the thread. Other combinations include:
(VT)= Voting thread. (Only voting posts, all others delete.)
(SN)= Socialism Now only thread. (Only SN members post)
(Fill in party name) = Only that party.
(MD) = Meta Discussion (A thread for discussion of "outside the game" rules and whatnot).
(ND) = No Discussion (Newspaper threads, Biographies, etc...)
Though I've tried to moderate where possible and obvious I have hesitated to do in some cases because to do so at that time would have seemed lopsided (except in the voting threads) however, with some type of code to follow in the heading, I will be able to use this as a reference.
New codes that users submit can be posted here, and I will add them to this first post. Essentially anything is acceptable as long as I know what the code stands for.
Note- Not all threads should have this label so don't abuse it, please. Some threads that are party matters aren't hurt by outside discussion, please keep that in mind. Again...AFAIK, I'm the only mod we have for this, so don't overwork me, I wanna fight with you too.
