The conception that British values are welcome in America, or that American values are welcome in Egypt, are often referred to as permissiveness.
This conception (or misconception) explains how it was possible to commercialize over the internet a program called WhatsApp (alluring to the internet idiom SUP, or SOB for son-of-bitch).
