When your country has a trade deficit, what do you think that other country eventually does with all that money?

People, how do you think that the US Gov. or reople should respond IF the Chineese People's Liberation Army were to buy Archer Danials Midland and never plant a crop on its land ever again? Maybe just plow the fields and hope that a new dust bowl wind bloows all the top soil away or rain washes it into rivers.
Seriously, would this be OK with you? If not, then how should the US respond?
