Trump and Russiagate is over. No collusion, No obstruction.
Now it is time to investigate the Obama administration for crimes.

Damn! Just when it was getting good.

I'd be curious to see where Obese Sean Hannity's money is going and coming. Can we investigate him also?

I believe that falls under the Privacy Act protections. So I doubt that would be legal.
Praise the Lord.

The House Intelligence Committee is investigating whether lawyers tied to President Trump and his family helped obstruct the panel’s inquiry into Russian election interference by shaping false testimony, a series of previously undisclosed letters from its chairman show.

The line of inquiry stems from claims made by the president’s former personal lawyer and fixer, Michael D. Cohen, who told Congress earlier this year that the lawyers in question helped edit false testimony that he provided to Congress in 2017 about a Trump Tower project in Moscow. Mr. Cohen said they also dangled a potential pardon to try to ensure his loyalty.

Michael Cohen is in prison for perjury. So anyone that would believe him is stupid.

John Bolton, Obese Donald's National Security Advisor, called Russian interference in the 2016 United States elections "a true act of war."

That Chickenhawk Chickenshit John Bolton, who is totally in the hip pocket of the Israelis and the Oil Sheiks, loves war and rumors of war, and never met a conflict in which he doesn't want to send the US troops in. He wouldn't know a ''true act of war'' unless his own ass was getting shot in one (which would never happen because his sorry ass would be in a deep underground bunker somewhere). There's blood on his hands from way back. But aside from all that, there was no ''Russian interference'' in the 2016 election to begin with to be considered as an ''act of war'' in the first place.

John Bolton is known as a war hawk, so that is nothing unusual for him. Thank God we have President Trump in charge of that.
Praise the Lord.

And the point is...? Should we go to war with Russia? It sure didn't take much for the Russians to turn the establishment upside down. If Russia is able to take us apart by merely hacking a political candidates emails, I'd hate to think what they'd do to us on a battlefield.

Representative Justin Amash, an iconoclastic Republican of Michigan who has considered a run against President Trump in 2020, became the first member of his party serving in Congress to publicly suggest that the president’s conduct had reached the “threshold of impeachment.”

“President Trump has engaged in impeachable conduct,” Mr. Amash wrote. “In fact, Mueller’s report identifies multiple examples of conduct satisfying all the elements of obstruction of justice, and undoubtedly any person who is not the president of the United States would be indicted based on such evidence. Few members of Congress even read Mueller’s report; their minds were made up based on partisan affiliation.”

also:

Former Representative Mark Sanford of South Carolina has repeatedly criticized the president and questioned his conduct — and his party’s acquiescence to him.“The idea of some allegiance not to the Constitution, but to the president, was not what I signed up for.”

WOW! Maybe you do not, in fact, have to be a gutless wonder to be a Republican ………….

Sounds like they're getting closer :) :

Anti-money laundering specialists at Deutsche Bank recommended in 2016 and 2017 that multiple transactions involving legal entities controlled by Donald J. Trump and his son-in-law, Jared Kushner, be reported to a federal financial-crimes watchdog.

Amanda Miller, a spokeswoman for the Trump Organization, the umbrella company for the Trump family’s many business interests, said: “We have no knowledge ( ) of any ‘flagged’ transactions with Deutsche Bank.” She said the Trump Organization currently has “no operating accounts with Deutsche Bank.” She did not respond( ) when asked if other Trump entities had accounts.

Karen Zabarsky, a spokeswoman for Kushner Companies, said: “Any allegations regarding Deutsche Bank’s relationship with Kushner Companies which involved money laundering is completely made up and totally false.( )

Mr. Trump’s relationship with Deutsche Bank spans two decades. During a period when most Wall Street banks had stopped doing business with him after his repeated defaults, Deutsche Bank lent Mr. Trump and his companies a total of more than $2.5 billion. In the past few years, United States and European authorities have punished Deutsche Bank for helping clients, including wealthy Russians, launder funds.

Mr. Amash votes most often with the Democrats. I suspect that he lied when he ran as a Republican for he is definitely a RINO (Republican in Name Only). It is true that Nadler and the Democrats on his committee did not read the Mueller Report before they voted to hold AG Barr in contempt of Congress.

Obese Donald called Amash “a total lightweight" and “Justin is a loser". WHOA!! Move over Gettysburg Address. This shit is BRILLIANT.

and

Romney was scathing about the picture of the president that emerges from the Mueller report into Russian interference in the 2016 election, the redacted version of which he said he had spent two days reading in full. He said on Sunday its findings were “troubling, unfortunate and distressing”.

A great opportunity is there for the taking for any Republican who has the guts and the strength to take it.

At least AG Barr read it in full. That is more than Nadler and the Democrats had done when they voted to hold AG Barr in contempt.

They didn't even try to read the redacted version, so that proves they really had ulterior motives. And it was against the law for AG Barr to release Grand Jury testimony. So perhaps Nadler was trying to get AG Barr to commit a crime. Of course, AG Barr was too smart for that.

Romney didn't even have the guts to take on Obama. He seemed truly puzzled why he lost, and this is precisely the sort of behavior that Romney exhibits that keeps him from the White House. As for Amash, he was just hoping for some positive press, which is typical of RINOs. However, it is likely going to backfire on him. Very few people are good at that game. John McCain was one of them--although, like Romney, he kept himself out of the White House by being his own worst enemy.

Hindsite wrote:So perhaps Nadler was trying to get AG Barr to commit a crime.

That is precisely what he was trying to do. That's why nobody is taking the contempt charge seriously. I suppose they could litigate it in court, but I don't see the point in it. They will lose for sure. So I think just making noise in the media is their basic goal here.

Meanwhile, it seems the Russians have made Australians elect a more conservative government.
What the Bloody Hell Just Happened in Australia?
That Vladmir Putin sure knows how to make people change their votes. Those Russians are everywhere, I tell you!

A federal judge on Wednesday rejected President Trump’s request to block his longtime lender, Deutsche Bank, from complying with congressional subpoenas. Mr. Trump has a long history with Deutsche Bank, the only mainstream financial institution consistently willing to do business with him after a series of defaults left other lenders facing huge losses. Since 1998, the bank has lent him a total of more than $2 billion, and Mr. Trump owed Deutsche Bank more than $300 million at the time he was sworn in as president. The bank is by far his largest creditor.

When no American bank would loan money to the Trump Organization Deutsche Bank came through. Why? Who guaranteed the loans? My guess is that money from Russia was deposited with DB as collateral for the loans to Trump. Who put up the money? Which Russians? Why?

I have sensed that the Deutsche Bank held the mother load from the get go when I heard that they were 1) the only bank willing to lend Donald $ after his multiple bankruptcies and 2) they have been busted for laundering Russian oligarch $ and 3) Donald has sold real estate to Russian oligarchs at way over priced amounts.
