Japan, Merkel and Global War Plan

Angela Merkel has visited Japan 5 times as Chancellor of Germany.
But the two visits are particularly special in the conspiracy theory.
In 1870 and in 1871 "Giuseppe Mazzini" and "Albert Pike" exchanged letters about "Global War Plan".
These stories are particularly well known among conspiracists.
"Giuseppe Mazzini" was a freemason.
"Albert Pike" was involved with the Ku Klux Klan.
However, 150 years later and 50,0000 days later, Angela Merkel visited Japan.
I don't think that she is absolutely a conspiracist, but I never believe that those incidences are mere coincidences.
