SpecialOlympian wrote:Also, obviously KaiserScharm is the mod who has a problem with me pointing out that people post black murderporn at me, which is completely off topic to a discussion on the impeachment process.
You, late and jimjam brought racism into the discussion, not me. I used an example where you accuse police officers of racism to illustrate that your claims of other people being racist are not credible. I even used a recent example in your venue where you vote for the local government that runs the police. Generally, YouTube wouldn't like such videos either if they considered them "murder porn" as you put it, but since it was part of an effort by the Obama administration to show what the police are doing, it has political clearance from YouTube as they are tax-payer funded videos. As I've stated repeatedly, what the videos often show is that people like you make claims of "murder" and "racism" which are not supported by the evidence. That wasn't Obama's intention, but it is one of the relevant results. We also get to convict some dirty cops once in awhile.
SpecialOlympian wrote:Thanks for being extremely cool and down with Beej posting black people being murdered at me.
They aren't being murdered.
SpecialOlympian wrote:Why the fuck do we have a forum that is moderated so poorly that people like blackjack21 feel free to post black murderporn at people they disagree with? As if posting videos of black people dying will "own" another poster?
Triggered much? Again, you decided to come into a thread I authored (while claiming you don't care what I have to say) and call everyone supporting Trump a racist, stupid, etc. I'm simply pointing out that your idea of "racist" is way outside the norms of the mainstream of American society. Being black doesn't give you the right to hijack people's cars with a machete or charge at police officers with a machete. Calling police officers racists or murders in such circumstances shows your complete lack of fairness and your bad faith in making political arguments. So I'm simply doing a "lift and shift" of your reactions to a video like that so that the people you've called racist here can see that you have no solid foundation for your collateral attacks on people's character.
SpecialOlympian wrote:That is extremely fucked up and wrong.
Explain why you think it is wrong. Barack Obama himself put forward this initiative to have police officers wear body cameras, because of people like you constantly accusing the police of excessive use of force and racism. I am pointing out that people like you are making unfounded accusations using the very taxpayer-funded videos that Barack Obama himself demanded. So explain how that is wrong. This is something your political faction asked for from 2014-2016 in the last two years of Obama's administration.
SpecialOlympian wrote:It is fucking terrible that the mod staff think this behavior is fine, and that we have to dance around the obvious, incredibly obvious, racism of our dumbest posters and pretend they have opinions worth discussing.
What racism? I'm pointing out that you make unfounded charges against people, which you've done to plenty of people. My thread is about the Democrats putting forward the lamest most inchoate articles of impeachment of a US president in American history and you describe those of us who agree with that assertion as "racist," and that being our motivation for supporting Trump--the reason for his impeachment having virtually nothing to do with racism.
SpecialOlympian wrote:Thank you for your efforts and contributions to this forum, where we post videos of black people being shot "for fun."
They aren't being shot for fun. Police are defending themselves from violent perpetrators, and for some reason you are totally triggered by this. I don't think the police having to shoot someone is "fun." I do get a little amusement out of you calling the police racist, and accusing them of murder when they are clearly defending themselves and the public in general from violent people.
late wrote:Even well-designed AI systems can still end up with a bias.
Yes, but you are making the assertion that it's the design of the system, and not conclusions of the system based on the data itself.

I already posted several articles on this. What some are now doing however is training AI to ignore indicators too. Again, we're getting way off topic. I've started threads on this topic before, but it doesn't seem to interest many people. I'd be happy to debate it with you further.
SpecialOlympian wrote:A video of a black person being shot has nothing to do with the impeachment hearings and, frankly, none of us need to know what blackjack jerks off to.
Once again, it was you, late and jimjam that brought racism and Hitler, etc. into the discussion--none of which has anything to do with whether Trump is within his authority to investigate Joe Biden's conflict of interest, quid pro quo, and possible violation of the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act while Biden is running for president. The Democrats seem to be arguing that running for president is a get-out-of-jail-free card, kind of like you arguing that you should somehow be able to use a machete to hijack cars or attack police officers with impunity, provided your are black. Your charges of racism are lame, unfounded, and totally off-topic. However, I confess only to a bit of schadenfreude at triggering you, because I do find it very entertaining.
