The Impeached President Trump cult is crowing over what they see as a wonderful victory. However, the truth will out. It is 9+ months until the election and the cover to the Trump cesspool has been removed. There is plenty of time for the puke and feces to overflow. In spite of Obese Donald's refusal to turn over evidence and his intimidation and threats toward any potential witnesses (Susan Collins has had death threats against her back in Maine due to her vote in favor of calling additional witnesses.) Nancy managed to get the word IMPEACHED indelibly tattooed onto Fatso's forehead for all history. The Senate "trial" proved to be the con/fix that everybody predicted. No big deal. Now we have 9+ months for the truth to come to light chapter by chapter in the court of public opinion. It is in this court that Impeached President Trump will be found guilty ….. not Mitch's kangaroo court. Oh..... you say …. such comments/"leaks" are not uttered under oath and have no validity. Oh …… I say …… are we going to pretend that Mitch's kangaroo court has "validity"? What kind of a fucking court is it where the accused permits no evidence or witnesses to be permitted? No the only court left with any validity is the court of public opinion. If nothing else it will keep Impeached President Trump pissed off and distracted for months  .

Those death threats should assure that Susan Collins will get reelected in November. I have always called her a RINO. No one can ever count on which way she will vote.

Have you ever been to Maine? Doesn't sound like it. I purchased a house by the ocean there 33 years ago because I love the people and sea coast. The people pride themselves on thinking independently and forming their own opinions. Their other senator, Angus King, runs as an independent. Collins was permitted by "leader" Mitch to vote in favor of admitting meaningful witnesses to the kangaroo court over which he was presiding because he "had the votes" and her vote didn't matter. Collins is in serious trouble in Maine because she has been sucking up big time. The folks in Maine are quite astute and see her vote as the sham that it was. She can now brag about how "independent" she is  .

Ah, Bad Orange Man has got you salivating on command like Pavlov's Dog. He's in your head and you can't seem to get him out. A love affair for the ages...

I will say news programmes have their own standard and regardless of its stand I do not think the above clip is a good example of news presentation -- too many opinions and very few information.

You are correct. Fatso plays the hate card well. I hope, for his sake, he knows it is a double edged sword.

Is Donald actually bald? When that thing on top of his head flaps up I think I see a dome underneath.

Maybe the hate was already there and he just manifested it, brought it out of you. Perhaps it's a number of other things that you hate that you're projecting onto your image of him. President Trump as you might recall is a big fan of professional wrestling, and I even warned you before, but you Liberals fell for his scripted persona big time, lol. You've been played like a fiddle, like I knew you would.

President Trump has become your Master, the center of your existence, :excited:

So now you're lingering over another man's physical attributes...

You know Doctor, I think you are right. I just found myself sitting here hating a toothpick. I owe you Bud. You have turned my life around. Now go find someone else to jerk off. I am obviously too smart for your kid stuff.

You mean she doesn't vote with the crazies all the time.

She supposedly represents a Blue district, but like Snowe before her, she talks D and voted R most of the time. There is a slow burn here about her selling the state and the country out. I think we have finally had it.

JJ, if I ever saw anyone with an unhealthy fixation on President Trump and your more-than-political antipathy towards him and those who voted for him, it would be you.

Yeah, real smart  . You just don't like being called on it, especially when it comes from a guy like me who isn't a political ally of either the Dems or the GOP. If I think maybe you're too obsessed with the guy, maybe you could be.

I've met him.

You don't get his sense of humor. He's definitely not obsessed, but he is tired of the mess we are in.

That reminds me, I need to talk to him some time about supporting Gideon.

I've been here for years myself and do get his sense of humor (it's one of his more endearing traits), and JJ knows i'm yanking his chain a bit, although there's some wisdom in what i've said that I think should be followed.

I actually don't think much about Donald in "real" life. I even change the subject when my friends bring up his name. But I love coming to POFO to rant about him because he presents such an easy target. His endless lies and slobbering personality I could easily live with but it is his incompetence and the harm he is doing to America that bothers me. I can even blow that off because I had the good years, will be dead soon and have the luxury of never having to worry about money. So ….. thank you America and good luck.

Gideon?

Hey you guys had better get rid of Collins up there. She may have been slightly "independent" at one time but has obviously morphed into just one more suck up.

Some really tough weather up there right now. Freezing rain is hands down my least favorite. I should be back in late May. Catch you at the Hilltop I hope.

BTW, per the attached as you can see, I have decided to enter the N.H. primary and was hoping you would be my New England campaign manager.

She's running against Collins. I'm giving her some money, and plan on doing some campaigning for her later.

That looks like a flyfishing shirt. I used to flyfish, can't really stand in a cold river for hours now. But I guess Florida would be a different kettle of fish.

I've talked to the coffee shop across the street about getting some mild roast coffee. Don't know if she'll do it, but that would be great. See you in the Spring.

Did you see my NH is weird thread? I was wondering what you thought of it.

I didn't recognize Gideon's name. I googled it and got info on a biblical person …… didn't make sense. She's got a few months to overcome name recognition issues. I then studied her and she seems on the ball. I predict she will win.

There is a coffee shop across from the Hilltop? Any place is fine with me. The main thing is to get together and solve the world's problems.

That's not a fishing shirt. I am a poster boy for skin cancer and must hide from the sun.

This joker got fired from the white house lol. But unfortunately he's reportedly going to work at the Pentagon.

I don't know much about the military and the National Security Council, but is the job of randon lieutenants to listen to the president's phone calls with world leaders? How did he expect to keep his job after he was part of an effort to impeach the president and was basically outed as a foreign agent of Ukraine? How are open unregistered foreign agents even allowed to work in our government?

Alexander Vindman, Army Officer Who Testified Against Trump, Escorted Out Of White House

Vindman was the Ukraine expert for the National Security Council. His attorney said he was dismissed for “telling the truth.”

Lt. Col. Alexander Vindman, a decorated Army officer who served as the Ukraine expert on the National Security Council, was escorted out of the White House on Friday after reports surfaced that President Donald Trump would be punishing people who testified during his impeachment trial.

Vindman is a national security official who testified about his knowledge of a July 2019 call with the Ukrainian president that set off Trump’s impeachment inquiry and proceedings. Up until Friday, Vindman worked in the White House and his term in the NSC would have ended in July.

The White House planned to inform Vindman that he was being moved into a role at the Pentagon, The Washington Post reported late Thursday night, citing two people familiar with the plan.

Vindman had previously told senior officers that he planned to leave his posting early, the Post reported, but Trump reportedly wanted to make him a target for his fury.

Alexander Vindman’s Brother Also Booted From White House After Trump Acquittal

Lt. Col. Alexander Vindman, the Army officer who was fired from the National Security Council after testifying in President Donald Trump’s impeachment trial, wasn’t the only one escorted from the White House on Friday.

His twin brother, Army Lt. Col. Yevgeny Vindman, was also escorted off White House grounds at the same time and apparently dismissed from his post at the National Security Council.

Alexander Vindman was the Ukraine expert for the NSC while Yevgeny Vindman was a senior lawyer and ethics official for the council. Both are decorated Army officers.

David Pressman, an attorney for Alexander Vindman, said in a statement to HuffPost that Yevgeny Vindman was escorted from the White House “suddenly and with no explanation, despite over two decades of loyal service to this country.”
“He is deeply disappointed that he will not be able to continue his service at the White House,” Pressman added.
Alexander Vindman testified about his knowledge of the president’s July 2019 phone call with the Ukrainian president that triggered a whistleblower complaint and led to Trump’s impeachment inquiry and proceedings.

Up until Friday, Vindman worked for the NSC in the White House. His term for the council would have ended in July.
The White House planned to inform Vindman that he was being moved into a role at the Pentagon, The Washington Post reported late Thursday night, citing two people familiar with the plan.

Angered over the impeachment process, Trump appears to be targeting officials within his administration who testified against him. Gordon Sondland, the American ambassador to the European Union who was a key witness during the inquiry, was also fired Friday.

Alexander Vindman was the first to testify during the House’s impeachment hearings and told lawmakers he expressed his concerns over Trump’s phone call with the Ukrainian president. Earlier on Friday, ahead of a trip to North Carolina, Trump hinted at Vindman’s dismissal when asked by a reporter whether he wanted to see the officer “out” of the White House.

“Well, I’m not happy with him,” Trump told reporters. “Do you think I’m supposed to be happy with him? I’m not.”
Pressman said that his client, Alexander Vindman, was fired on Friday for “telling the truth.”

“There is no question in the mind of any American why this man’s job is over, why this country now has one less soldier serving it at the White House,” Pressman said in a statement. “LTC Vindman was asked to leave for telling the truth. His honor, commitment to right, frightened the powerful.”
