But wait, @Hindsite, prayers will protect you, right? This is all just a Chinese hoax, like you agreed with Trump a while back. Don't be a coward. Put your money where your mouth is.

Jesus said unto him, It is written again, Thou shalt not tempt the Lord thy God.
(Matthew 4:7 KJV)

It was fake news that Trump said the coronavirus was a Chinese hoax. I am not a coward and I am not stupid either.
Praise the Lord.

Fair enough. I do have some friends who do, but of course they are younger and they ensure themselves are properly protected and keep the necessary distance.

Technically this is more accurate than other people think, but it is also absurd to suggest that non-left-wing media do not spread fake news. To the very least, it is impractical to assume any news from any media is true, and all media have their agenda -- this is inevitably what they survive on.

Trump supporter dies after taking Trump's cure. The problem with learning the hard way is that, in this case, it could very well be last thing you'll ever learn. After 3 years in office it looks like most Americans are incapable of learning any other way.

Banner Health said on Monday the couple in their 60s got sick within half an hour of ingesting the additive. The man could not be resuscitated at hospital but the woman was able to throw up much of the chemical.

“Trump kept saying it was basically pretty much a cure,” the woman told NBC.

She said her advice would be: “Don’t take anything. Don’t believe anything. Don’t believe anything that the president says and his people … call your doctor.”

Feb 7 + 19, “when we get into April, in the warmer weather—that has a very negative effect on that, and that type of a virus.”

Feb 27, “It’s going to disappear. One day it’s like a miracle—it will disappear.”

March 23, 24, 29 deaths by suicide “definitely would be in far greater numbers than the numbers that we’re talking about”

March 2, Pharmaceutical companies are going “to have vaccines, I think, relatively soon.” (Relatively, sure...)

March 6, “Anybody that needs a test, gets a test. We—they’re there. They have the tests. And the tests are beautiful.”

March 12, “If an American is coming back or anybody is coming back, we’re testing,” Trump said. “We have a tremendous testing setup where people coming in have to be tested … We’re not putting them on planes if it shows positive, but if they do come here, we’re quarantining.” (Nope)

March 17, “I’ve always known this is a real—this is a pandemic. I felt it was a pandemic long before it was called a pandemic … I’ve always viewed it as very serious.” (Even when he called it a hoax!)

March 20, “We have a lot of people working very hard to do ventilators and various other things.”
The truth: Federal Emergency Management Agency Administrator Peter Gaynor told CNN on March 22 that the president has not actually used the DPA to order private companies to produce anything."

March 21, "Automobile companies that have volunteered to manufacture medical equipment, such as ventilators, are “making them right now.”

March 24, The United States has outpaced South Korea’s COVID-19 testing (Hardly)

March 24, Trump also repeated a claim from the Gateway Pundit article that Cuomo’s office established “death panels” and “lotteries” (The 2015 report talked about triage in a situation like this. It was just a report about options in a crisis)

March 26, " This kind of pandemic “was something nobody thought could happen … Nobody would have ever thought a thing like this could have happened.”
The truth: Experts both inside and outside the federal government sounded the alarm many times in the past decade about the potential for a devastating global pandemic.."

March 29, “a lot of equipment’s being asked for that I don’t think they’ll need,” referring to requests from the governors of Michigan, New York, and Washington.

March 30, items that might be “going out the back door,” Trump said on two separate days. He also said he was not talking about hoarding: “I think maybe it’s worse than hoarding.” (Nope)

That is not all of the lies. I avoided the ones that would result in excuses. We'll get excuses anyway, but I'm lazy, wanted to keep the BS to a minimum.

If this series of posts have the purpose to flood away pro-Trump messages, I suggest taking a more reasonable approach -- in that I can help refuting any irrational pro-Trump messages wherever I think appropriate.

I'm the president and I'm reading your post and I'm thinking, "No, this guy is too lame to be on my Pandemic Response Team with Mr. MyPillow, the Shamwow guy, and Smokey the Bear."

Apparently, the couple misunderstood President Trump and instead of taking the real anti-malaria medication they took an additive used to clean fish tanks that had a similar name.

Sure, he is on the left and hence must be smarter (according to your crude IQ test). Trump is not a rocket scientist. I happily give you that point.

BTW, Sweden a left leaning nation is not cancelling normal activities. They are following an approach that not even Trump would consider. What do you think about that?

I see that my comment on intelligence bothered you. Do you deny people have different levels of intelligence?

But I was actually alluding to how the health policies supported by Sanders would be far more useful at a time like this. I do agree that Sanders, as an individual, would also be more intelligent and professional than Trump.

I think you know nothing about Sweden and are simply trying to change the subject.

One of my favorite Trump stories is the time he called up Flynn at 3 AM asking him if a strong American dollar was better or worse for trade. The Trump company is an international business so this should have been pretty basic so the exchange of currencies should have been a pretty basic idea for the president. Just lmfao. Trump is also consulting with A-Rod, a former baseball star, on the corona crisis.

It owns that I can tell people they're as dumb as a president now.

I actually like Bernie. He seems sincere and likely believes his own words. That sincerity is palpable and makes him quite popular. However, his reasoning is victimized by his passion, no different than you. If he was not a socialist i would vote for him. Furthermore, he is the type of lefty that is not into race identity politics and that is a big plus. However, he has been rejected by the black people because he does not do race ID politics.

Sweden is not locked down. Restaurants, cafés, and businesses are open. It is not a trick question, don't worry.

This opinion of Sanders is irrelevant. You seem unable to stay on topic.

You still have not shown that you know what is going on in Sweden, or explained why it is important.

POD

You mentioned Sanders first.
Discussing how Sweden is handling the epidemic is relevant.
No worries! Feel free to express yourself. You and others have made good points about Trump.

You did not discuss how Sweden is dealing with the virus. You talked about how you think they are doing. Whether or not what you think is actually true is still unresolved.

You should quote the relevant text, and then discuss how this reflects on Trump if you want to actually discuss the actual topic.
