Nah, if the store owner wouldn't have called the police it would have been the lady with the dog, or the guy concerned that this guy is entering the building or some random fuck in the street that saw him sitting on the park. Don't forget that this is not 1 isolated case
This one just happen to be clearly caught on camera, from multiple angles at a time where people were already emotionally distressed from covid/lockdown/economy.

What an asshole that store owner must be. Minnesota Police should get training in "ignoring the stupid calls, but pretending not to".
Store owner knew he was out the front still, just go and ask for the money back(if he doesn't have it, just fucken let him go) and tell him to fuck off and don't come back to the store.
