I asked you that series of questions to see what you really know about Venezuela politics.
I just wanted to make sure you weren't just a Babbit regurgitating things you'd heard on mass media.
So far, it seems you are on a "need-to-troll" basis with mainstream narratives.
Guaido isn't really the most popular man in Venezuela and the opposition isn't really unified, plus there was shady things done by pro-government members of the Assembly. The opposition also are actually a mess and the only thing that unifies them is that they oppose the PSUV.
It should be noted that I don't need to know everything little thing about a political system to know when a government is being illiberal. It's also funny you accuse me of trolling simply because you don't like my opinions, and regardless of what you think, I do have many non-mainstream positions. I just don't inverse who's black and who's white and declare myself above the fray.
If this really matters to you: The National Assembly has members elected from party lists, others run as individuals, and some are appointed by indigenous groups. The people vote.
