No Doug64. Just no.
Claiming the moral imperative. Historically, one side defining good for its own purposes and assigning evil to the opposition has led to social violence. The inflexible “right makes might” of Dems minimizes opportunity for compromise.
Just the opppsite. They usually have the moral imperative and they should shout it from the rooftops. They should call out republican "might makes right" bullshit for what it is.
Ignoring the Constitution. When Trump won, leftists rampaged the streets, randomly destroying innocent citizens’ property. Democrats began impeachment immediately. They touted eliminating the Electoral College and packing the Supreme Court and Senate. If leftists resort to violence whenever unhappy with electoral results, and if the Democratic Party alters timeworn American institutions to guarantee its own political supremacy, citizens who respect peace and democracy will resist.
Garbage. Right wing talking points. The Democratic party IS the constitutional party. Unless, by "timeworn American Institutions" you mean the racism, homophobia, kleptocracy, sexism, corruption and xenophobia that are the core values of the Republican Party.
Being divisive, elitist, and hypocritical. The right didn’t elect Donald Trump, the left did. Hillary Clinton called millions of voters “deplorables.” Democrats everywhere cheered her statement. Conservatives were callously called Trumpies. Some were intimidated in the workplace, even fired. Moderates perceive such leftist tactics as threatening, humiliating, and arrogant toward those with differing viewpoints, leaving them resentful of the party and its agenda.
Not a word of that actually happened.
Being partisan in the press. Did CNN dedicate the same coverage to the Obama administration’s treatment of families at the Mexican border that it did to the Trump administration for the same behaviors? The scope of challenges to questionable policies shouldn’t be determined by political party. Many don’t seek the news for political preferences of editors and columnists. We desire nonpartisan analysis of events. Single perspective news outlets limit the perspective of citizens and foster intolerant outlooks.
Didn't happen. And, of course, the right wing media such as Brietbart, Fox News, Rush Limbaugh and Ann Coulter are the picture of balanced centrism. This assertion of yours @Doug64 either means that you did not read what you posted or are simply not smart enough to see the lunacy in it.
Lumping conservatives in with supremacist right-wingers. As some Dems have suggested, is anyone who supports Donald Trump a racist?
Ah. No. But everyone who supports Donald Trump is just fine with supporting a racist.
Are Black people who support him traitors?
No. Just stupid.
Are women who voted for him insensitive to rape and sexism?
If Republican voters can be generically demonized, then so much for the freedom of citizens to decide which party they favor.
They can do what they please. And they can wear the labels they earn.
Can one not detest Donald Trump, but fear the liberal agenda more?
No. Two reasons. Biden is not a liberal. The democratic party is not liberal.
Generalizing racist and other discriminatory intent over political preferences only decreases the opportunity for collaboration.
Yea because you know it is good to compromise with racists. What is the compromise position doug? Agree on universal health care and ignore black voter suppression?
Good god. I can't believe you posted this garbage.
Never has happened. Oh wait. You mean the Cubans that tipped Florida for Trump. I forgot about them.
Humane treatment at the border and making refugee homelands less violent must happen.
It will not that the racist president who referred to these folks as "rapists and murderers" is gone.
Can America economically or culturally sustain millions of impoverished immigrants?
Well it is profiting from the 20 odd million who are here now so I guess, yes. But before the Republicans forgot about how to do it the US knew that in a generation most immigrants are middle class. Or should I say before the republicans declared war on the middle class.
The Democratic Party’s failure to sponsor reasonable immigration reform fuels perceptions that the left wants uncontrolled immigration to offset the loss of voters disillusioned with its agenda. Americans fear how much factions in the Democratic Party might change America.
Fuck off. Even you know this is bullshit. You actually want us to believe that Trump and McConnell want "immigration reform". The very people who tried to deport dreamers want immigration reform?
No need to justify your idiotic post with any more effort. I will just let stand that it appears that you actually believe what you posted. I don't think I will be asking you for help with homework, you might say.
