@JohnRawls - Brexit is awesome. It's like all the wet dreams of every communist agitator in British history all came true at once. And we have a couple of Old Etonian toffs to thank for it all. It makes me proud to be British! :D

How is your Exodus-WW2 flashback trip (with BoJo as Moses and Churchill) going, by the way?

It's going swimmingly, @Beren. It's looking increasingly likely that the UK will crash out of the EU without a deal, which means that Ireland will likely re-unify, there will be a proletarian revolution as the impoverished masses rise up against their incompetent and corrupt masters, and Ingsoc will finally be established in Airstrip One. Doubleplusgood! These are great times to be alive! :D

It will be very funny if the EU drives Johnson to his knees and his government collapses because of this and Labour comes to power. :)

Yes, but a "non anti-semitic" (which currently means pro-Israeli colonizing and pro-AIPAC lobbying) Labour Party is likely to do nothing for the working class. :D

Johnson is already on his knees. And Labour have a 3point lead over him now which will only grow as he has decided to punish Northerner with tier 3. So I doubt any failure will be because of Brexit especially as his approval ratings have only gone down since he defended Cummings for driving to test his eyesight last April. Which is ironic as now he has dumped him because his girlfriend told him to but didn't think is was wise to do so to save his career.

You think that Labour has "won" but that is not the case. The reality is that Tories can reverse the situation and the difference is that Tories seem to be approaching collapse right now when they are behind. It is the worst possible time for them. It is the first time that they have been behind since Brown lost power and Cameron took the office.

On shit Qatz, you are right, protecting the rights of Uk people and workers requires one to be an anti-semite. You have opened my eyes brother. The Protocols of the elders of ZION are true.

They can't reverse anything. They will be lucky to win 20 seats in next election. The Tories are gone @JohnRawls. They have lost the north (again), Scotland, Europhiles and perhaps the elderly voters. And they have yet to execute any tax rises to pay for the clusterfuck. And this was after Johnson had a huge approval rating just before Cummings decided to break his own rules and test his eyesight going to a tourist destination during lockdown which started the beginning of their downfall. You pay dividends for your own mistakes and leadership during a crisis. And the loveable clown isn't so loveable now.

Tories are in a bad position right now and behind. But it doesn't mean that they are catastrphically behind right now. The difference seems to be less than between Biden and Trump. The problem for the Tories is how they proceed forward without making it worse. If they can figure it out then they will recover. I mean they literally can't do a Brexit and have to do a Brexit etc. And that is only 1 example.

Labour's mirroring of Tory policy...

Starmer is a red tory so it's almost to be expected.

but,

Why would anyone bother voting for an inferior ersatz copy of a tory when you can have the real thing?

Well they are catastrophically behind because they have made too many mistakes and there is no way to rectify them now to regain ground. I largely ignore Covid responses because the aftermath of our actions still have still not surfaced yet, which they will soon enough and will have to be addressed in the next four years at some point to much discord. You think Brexit is worse then Covid19 for the UK? Think again. Key areas in Aerospace and manufacturing that relied on the supply change of the single market will be lucky to exist in four years, or it they do they will be of less importance to GDP, not because of Brexit but because of Covid19 and a changing of habits. The UK have also reached an agreement with Japan to address some of these issues away from the single market but it will have a cost to consumers of course. Although we might have to alter our diet somewhat but again we can cope. The point is, Brexit isn't the Tories downfall. And any effects of Brexit now will hardly be noticed when Covid19 is a great effect to our economy. And the UK isn't alone here. Europe can't even agree a rescue package with its members. And are borrowing at unsustainable levels. And again, who is paying for all this? So I expect radical changes throughout Europe after all this and in the UK at least our change will be Socialistic in nature as old Labour will rise from the ashes as they did after the last time we had a major catastrophe (WW2). The only question is can Europe quash the populists? Because if it can, then perhaps a great reset is possible with liberalism leaders throughout Europe. And if not, we're all fucked.

What makes you think the PLP are socialists?

What makes you think Starmer is Labour? Corbyn was the wrong man at the right time. Starmer will basically have to follow many of Corbyns policies, not due to politics but because of necessity. And the UK isn't alone here. Hence why the "Great Reset" is hashtagging.

I don't.

But he is busy collecting the levers of power within the party apparatus and will set 'Labour' policy for many years to come.

With Starmer in charge, the Tories and Labour are two wings of the same party for all intents and purposes and your "socialistic" reset is doomed.

I edited that last post to make what I mean clearer.

The definition of "anti-semitic" has been changed recently to mean "not in favor of Israeli expansion or AIPAC lobbying."

By that defintion, it is impossible to defend ordinary people against the powerful and rich. This means that ANY socialism will be impossible.

The minute the Labour Party elects a leader that is actually a socialist, the forces of Capital will be informing everyone what an anti-Semite he or she is.

If this isn't possible, the leader will be smeared in other ways.

This is why I am far less concernced with "the morality" of our leaders, and far more interested in "the morality" of their programs.

The obsession with the bedroom behaviors and support-for-Israel of our leaders by mainstream media.... almost guarantees empty rhetoric and virtue-signalling from them, and nothing else.

I hope the Brits will vote again in 6-7 Years, commonly a referendum can just every 10 Years be voted again about the same issue.
