That's nonsense. Not everyone has to be vaccinated. Enough people will be vaccinated in Europe and the US to contain the virus by the autumn of 2021.

Unless they can pick up the speed of vaccination rate, it might be autumn of 2022 before enough people have developed enough immunity. And even then, there could still be clusters. It could be like those people who get measles because they never got the MMR and they spread it to other non MMR persons.
