Besides the surrealism of the US directly warring with Russia for Estonia, the problem is that militarily speaking Estonia cannot be protected from Russia. It's an impossible commitment, an over-extension. So what would the US do? Would they attack Russia from Alaska in an all-out war for Estonia perhaps?
NATO also wasn't designed for that. It wasn't designed for protecting Estonia from Russia, which is a nonsense anyway, it was designed for defending Western Europe against the USSR, which was a whole different issue.
