A Russian land-grab would be problematic, by the way, because the rest of the world wouldn't approve of it, so the Russians would give it back for something in exchange anyway. I guess Ukraine will be asked to agree to never joining NATO while consenting to constraining their own militarisation and any other (foreign) militarisation of their land. Plus there'd be some other nuances either, like recognising the annexation of Crimea and the independence of the Donbas republics, etc. of course.

So, kind of modified square 1.

More casualties than before Feb 24 :(

Military infrastructure of Ukraine destroyed, laboratories neutralized, Azov denazified, DPR and LPR saved and secured, water supply for Crimea provided, no-NATO…
Negotiations to be held about demarcation of Donbass instead of Crimea.

Well done NATO geniuses.

^ pure genius and master plan that Finnland and Sweden join Nato i guess :)

Military infrastructure of Ukraine destroyed, laboratories neutralized, Azov denazified, DPR and LPR saved and secured, water supply for Crimea provided, no-NATO…

Let's check:
1. infrastructure destroyed by Russia, especially in the regions Russia wants to hold now.
2. Laboratories = russian peopaganda lies
3. Azov denazified: 10 percent of Azov regiment leaned towards neonazis, in 2015
4. DPR "saved and secured": You mean occupied by force, deportations, killings. But not "secured" yet, the region will be taken back. Want to bet?
5. Water supply for Krimea: too bad, first the russians will have to rebuild all the water systems they themselves destroyed, and rebuilt pipelines and bridges can be destroyed.
6. no Nato: Indeed, seems the Ukrainians did it alone.

B.t.w. the biggest supporter miltary-wise for Ukraine is Russia:
"Other forms of protest have been more informal. Large numbers of Russian troops have simply abandoned their tanks and armored vehicles in Ukraine and fled or surrendered. This has enabled the Ukrainian military to acquire over 230 Russian tanks and earned Russia the unwelcome status of Ukraine’s number one arms supplier."

We already had the conclusion that Russia cannot get away with it, or it will be the same in five years again. Crush them now.

Russian commanders are said to be slaughtering their own wounded soldiers rather than getting them off the battlefield for treatment.

Geez!! That’s horrible!
It’s the most horrific thing I heard of….after massacres on Snake Island, Bucha and Mariupol maternity!

Why would Russia be getting away at the first place?

As Mr. Lavrov wisely advised :"Imagine Russia is the USA"

Ukraine sacrificed a lot indeed, but they gained a lot as well. Their sovereignty got strengthened and now they can actually secede from Russia and do whatever they want to, basically. As to NATO, they've been benefitting a lot from this, it's a real renaissance for them, and they also got a new lucrative market for their arms. Meanwhile, Russian imperialism finished, Putin's most likely finished with it as well while Russia being heavily sanctioned and her military and other reputation tattered.

He actually said so!

Oh no not the hamsterino!

Azov hamsters are going to the feeding grounds as we speak.

So we are 3 months into this war, and Russia didn't collapse like our leaders said they would. No default. Record profits. Instead all I am seeing on our end is food prices, energy prices and utility prices rising exponentially. The Russia sanctions policy failed spectacularly and now we are all gonna become poorer as inflation sky rockets.

And beyond the obvious, it's just standard information warfare practice to declare that your side is always winning and the opposite side is always losing regardless of the situation on the ground. All the javelerinos and reddit legionaries in the world can't upset the huge disparity in manpower, equipment, productive capacity, etc. between Russia and Ukraine - the former of which hasn't even mobilized for war. And NATO is already bleeding cash and equipment.

Tremendously sad. Russia will grow larger, we grow poorer, and the media jerks off to propaganda. By design I guess.

Igor's repeated posting of the 'ukrainian' hamster being smashed by the 'russian' snake is good example for a sick personality, or at least some moral defect.

Some of Bonhoeffer's ideas about stupidity:

"Facts that contradict the prejudice of a stupid person simply need not be believed, and if they are irrefutable, they are simply pushed aside as unimportant, as incidental.

In all this, the stupid person is complacent. He is easily irritable and becomes dangerous when he goes on attack.

For this reason, greater caution is required when dealing with a stupid person than with a vicious one. If we want to know how to overcome stupidity, we must try to understand its essence.

This much is certain: stupidity is basically not an "intellectual - but a "moral" defect.
There are people who are intellectually remarkably agile and yet stupid – And others who are intellectually dull, but anything than stupid.

One has less the impression that stupidity is a congenital defect, but that people become stupid under certain circumstances. Or rather, that they allow this to happen to them.

The fact that the stupid person is often stubborn must not distract us from the fact that he is not self-determined. When you talk to him, you almost have the feeling that you are not dealing with him as a person, but with slogans and the like that have taken possession of him.

He is bewitched, blinded, used and abused in his being. The stupid man, who has thus become an abulic tool, is also capable of all evil - and he does not "realize" that it is evil."

Retired russian colonel speaks out on russian TV
https://www.bbc.com/news/world-europe-61484222

"Ukraine, will soon mobilize more than a million soldiers who have been trained by the West and equipped with modern weapons, ready to fight and die to defend their homeland against Russia. But how an army is recruited is irrelevant – what really matters is willingness to fight, and Ukraine intends to defend and fight to the last man.

Rumors, that a moral and psychological breakdown of the russian armed forces are some kind of crisis in the morale are, to put it mildly, false. A mass mobilization could not solve Russia’s military.

A desire to protect one’s homeland, the sense that Ukraine does exist inspires them to fight the last man. Ultimately, the battlefield is determined by a high level of morale among the soldiers, which sheds blood for ideas for which it’s ready to fight.

On the world stage, things look hard. We are in full geopolitical isolation. However much we would hate to admit, this is virtually the entire world against us.
Nuclear sabre-rattling will do little to deter Russia’s enemies and the fact is that the whole world is arrayed against Kremlin.

Maintain a sense of realism, sooner or later the reality of history will hit you so hard you’ll regret it."

The hamster represents the kievan puppet led by the hand of its puppet master to the snakes feeding den. Kind of obvious with the hand. Ukraine is in this position because the Us deposed the government in 2014 and had the new government attack its own people on its own territory. As a responsible neighbor russia had to act to put an end to the carnage. Us has done far more on the other side of the planet on the basis of humanitarianism and fighting evil regimes. Russia is doing the same thing, and doing it next door.

While I could ask about Kiev once again but I won't anymore. It got old. So this time i will ask how is that Donbass/Luhansk offensive going? Is Kiev forces surrounded yet in the East at the very least?

Russia's history does not begin in 2014. Russia’s been running over its neighbors for over 1000 years, killing the people and colonizing.

Maybe the Antunov-Hamster should inform himself about what happened in Ukraine before, during, and after 2014 in Ukraine.
Does the russian poisoning of Mr Viktor Yushchenko ring one of a thousand bells?
"Former Ukrainian president describes horrifying attack that left him disfigured: Viktor Yushchenko’s face was severely disfigured after he was poisoned by russian FSB when running against a Russian candidate during the presidential election"
